Way too much to eat at one sitting

Definitely a locals restaurant. Tasty and voluminous. Salad bar was standard fare. We had chicken rigatoni with sausage and fettucini with mushrooms and marinara sauce. Everything cost extra except the pasta. So much food, we got tired of eating it. Incredible amount of food and we had to take... read more

Definitely a locals restaurant. Tasty and voluminous. Salad bar was standard fare. We had chicken rigatoni with sausage and fettucini with mushrooms and marinara sauce. Everything cost extra except the pasta. So much food, we got tired of eating it. Incredible amount of food and we had to take much with us--not good for travelers. If we pass that way... More

I have had the fortune to dine at Emile's for family gatherings and the Prime Rib never disappoints! The staff...Patsy and Jodie are wonderful and the service has always been top notch by all the staff! Great salad bar too! Always looking forward to our next visit!

I am not typically one to complain about resturants when we go out, but disappointed is an understatement! The cucumbers in the salad bar were rotting. My mother ordered a steak, well done, it came out rare and black on the outside. My husband ordered the prime rib, medium and it came out extremely rare. I ordered pasta!!!! It was... More

My wife and I had dinner here on a Saturday night when we were not able to get a table at our first choice restaurant in Geneva. When we saw all the cars in the parking lot we figured the place must be pretty good. The place was packed with locals. The female bartender seemed to know just about everyone... More

I ordered the eggplant parmigana. Bad mistake. It was the worst eggplant ever. Just plain mush with too much breading and cheese. My wife had spagetti with mushrooms. She was expecting nice fresh sliced mushrooms. Instead the mushrooms were soggy and whole. The salad bar was the best thing about the whole experience. I also thought it was overpriced for... More

This was our second time eating here. We had a memorable dinner years ago when taking a brake from the thruway on Rt. 5/20, on our way from Michigan to Connecticut. The only thing we remembered for sure was that it was a ladies name and the menu was Italian. When we walked in we knew by the sights and... More

We were visiting the Geneva wineries on a busy autumn Friday. Friends had recommended Emile's for a good meal at reasonable prices. They weren't wrong. We were glad we made reservation because the line of those waiting for a table snaked out the door already at 5:30. We were immediately seated and although near full the service was top notch.... The review dated August 19, 2015 made me laugh out loud. I totally concur with that reviewer. Emile's is a throwback that serves terrific Italian food. My husband and I dined here with another couple earlier in the month. We plan to go back next summer when we return to the area for another few days of wine touring. My... More

This place is a throwback to fine dining steakhouses of the 60's and 70's. Senior crowd, dated décor, loud gentlemen at the bar flirting with the ladies after rounds of golf. Loved it! Reminded me of places my folks used to take me to in the 70's. We had the special of the night, the lasagna. Apparently we got the... More

If you love authentic Italian food, you have to try Emile's. They also provide steak for those who prefer a more American cuisine. They don't have lasagna on their menu, but sometimes have it for a "special". I suggest you get it. It is THE BEST I have ever had!
