My husband took me to this restaurant on Sunday for a date. The restaurant itself is cute. Our waitress was friendly but not that attentive. I ordered the shrimp mofongo and that was flavorful although didn't really have that much shrimp in it. My husband ordered the pernil w rice and pigeon peas and he said that it was ok-... More

Food was great! seasoned well and not salty! White Sangria was the best iv ever had! Our Waitress Crystal was so sweet and very knowledge of the menu. On Saturdays at night they even had music and dancing which was very nice!

The mofongo at this place is to die for! The sauce that comes with it is great as well. A little heavy on the garlic, but tastes great going down. (The down side is you taste it all the next day) The red sangria was great. Also the empanadas were very good as well. Everything tastes very authentic and I... More

I can't say enough about the food, the portions, and the staff. Everything we had was excellent!!! The portions are amazing. The food tasted home made and was served in a very timely manner. We had a party of 16 and the staff was amazing in the way they treated us and served us. If you're ever near this place,... More

We love the restaurant - great staff, great cooks and chefs, great service. It was recently purchased by a new owner. Our only concern is this: on Saturday nights, the new owner has many SINGLE male friends/co-workers who come in after working their shift at his other restaurant...and stand at the bar and gawk at the women dancing - yet... Very surprised when you see the outside and enter into a extremely different looking atmosphere. Have been to the bar for munchies and cocktails and had the pleasure of a table for a delicious latin style meal. No mater what you order it is going to be served by very friendly knowledgeable servers or you could get the Owners, everything... More

The Yellow Rice and Beans are very good. The Coquito Chicken is very tasty and cooked just right. I also enjoy the warm bread and I get a Salad with Avocado, oh so good. The ambiance is very nice and I enjoy going their for lunch or dinner when I am in town from North Carolina to get my fix... More

The first time I ate here I ordered Pernil aka pork shoulder or pork butt. For place an hour away from New York City and 1100 miles plus from Puerto Rico that was some good stuff but since then they could never duplicate my first experience. I order the my Pernil, I wanted to be moist in the middle and... More

My friend and I stopped here for lunch after a morning of apple picking. When we arrived we were the only ones there and it was cool to have the restaurant to ourselves for a short while. Our server was real sweet and patient as we took forever deciding what to order because everything looked soo good. Within the hour... More
