Exceptional dining experience! My wife and I wonder why we don't enjoy TS more than once per year. Service provided by Robin was exceptional throughout. The food prepared by CIA Chef Wells was spot on. The Lobster Bisque had a silky lobster flavor that was...delicious. A Lobster Cocktail served on an ice block was creative presentation done by Chef Wells. My wife had a NY Strip cooked a perfect MR. I, having been burned out on beef over the holidays, choose the Sea Bass. It was a great choice. Cooked perfectly and served at the table with a Miso Broth, excellent! We will definitely be back to enjoy the exceptional service and culinary expertise sooner rather than later.More

Beautiful setting and excellent service from staff. The food was very good overall especially the sides and dessert but the steak was overcooked. Nice place for special occasions or business dinners.

My wife and I dined at TS Steakhouse New Years Eve. It is what you would expect well run, efficient and professional service, and food that is some of the best in New York State! Our server, Kenneth was outstanding with recommendations on menu and...wine selections. His recommendation on the A5 Waygu was much appreciated. It was excellent! Manager was present in the Dining Room and made sure his guests were being taken of.More

New to the area and found this gem. Travel alot and have tried many steak houses. Very pleased with their menu. Filet mignon was like butter. Delicious. Sides, service. No complaints. Will return with the family.

This is a top notch restaurant. The setting is elegant however there is no problem wearing jeans. The service is first rate. On this trip (one of many) our server was Robin who knew the menu well and was very attentive. Likewise for the other...staff members. They serve and clear from the correct sides and never ask who had what at the table. The menu is extensive (thanks for adding more seafood dishes) and there is one vegan entree. We were a group of 3. Two had prime rib, and the medium well was dry and somewhat overcooked. I had the ahi tuna served over a bed of lobster fried rice. The rice was warm at best. The tuna was delicious and the tuna was cut in a circle to match the circular rice serving under it. Lovely presentation. Their salads (Caesar and iceberg wedge) were and always are fresh and delicious. A shrimp cocktail had 4 large (I’d estimate 8-10 size) ice cold and crisp. Crème brûlée was shared by two, and raspberry sorbet (garnished with a pizzelle) was refreshing and as expected. An assortment of sides (everything is ala Carte) come in two sizes, both of which are too small for the price, ie $13 and $24. For $24 you should get a LOT of mashed potatoes! On this trip just about everything was overly salty. The meat, mushrooms, potatoes. Often I wonder if it’s because we don’t use a lot of salt at home, or if people in general want their food that way. Nah, this meal was just overly salty. The check for 3 with 2 drinks, a glass of wine, one app, 2 salads, 3 entrees and 2 desserts was $340. Not TERRIBLE, but if we didn’t have some casino comps we wouldn’t be eating here. One price I found outrageous was a $52 lobster cocktail (we passed) but I really think they make their money on the sides. This is a wonderful place especially given the location. Recommended for special occasions, high rollers, and if someone else is paying.More

My very significant other and I went for her birthday last night and thought it was fantastic. Service was first class. Food? Perfect. Our server suggested sharing dishes, which was an excellent idea because the steak we ordered was plenty for two, as was the...baked potato, as were the mushrooms, and the salads. it was still pretty pricey but we finished the whole meal and it was a wonderful night. We will definitely be back for more! Turning Stone has it right.More

We both had beef filets and we found them lacking that good restaurant taste. They also were slightly tough and lacking flavor. The ceaser salad was bland .Lobster Mac and cheese was great as was the baked potato. We both had desserts which were both...underwhelming. The service staff was top notch and friendly. For the price we did not feel the experience was worth it. Probably. Would not go back.More

This is a high class restaurant, reservations are required!! We entered on a private elevator to the 21st floor. Were greeted promptly and seated at a wonderful table that had 360 degree views, just beautiful. Our waiter was top notch!! They took special care for...each part of our meal. Different people came to our table to assist in different areas yet we didn't feel bothered, it was not just a meal but an experience. Food was cooked so well, can't say enough about the whole evening. They had great music playing softly in the background. If you're at Turning Stone Resort make reservations. It is pricey but worth every penny!!!More

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and always wanted to try the TS Steakhouse. For the most part the service from John and the staff was very good. However I was disappointed with the bone in rib-eye. It was less than I expected...for the price at a high end steak house. If I go again I will have to try a different cut. Everything else was very nice and the service was great.More

This is probably our 6th time coming here... I've left prior reviews stating that this is the best steakhouse I have ever been to, no doubt. We got a beautiful booth, I always recommend the filet mignon (with a side of creamed spinach, mushrooms, and...the blue cheese butter), roasted beet salad, and my wife loves the oysters on the half shell as an app. Now any review without a few critiques should not be trusted, so here are a few of the minuses: cost. Yes, if you are value minded, this probably is not your place. If this is a special occasion, totally worth it, but plan on $100 a person without tip. There wine selection is top notch, but plan on the 300-350% mark up to be expected at any restaurant. Second - availability. Very hard to get in here... if you don't have a reservation, a walk-in is unlikely and you need to reserve well in advance, especially if it's a Friday or Saturday night. All in all, I'm pretty cheap. I love a good deal, but I make that rare exception to come here 1-2x/year for an amazing meal with amazing people.More

We enjoyed dinner at TS and had a fabulous experience. Renee provided amazing service and was very patient when we asked questions about the menu. The preparation table side for the Sea Bass was outstanding; not to be outdone by the texture and flavor. The...ahi tuna appetizer was out of this world and the oysters were also good. Compliments to the chef and server!More
