Great place with friendly service and excellent food. What a great find. We'll be back often.... prices are very reasonable and the food is perfectly plated the way you want it. Loved the omelets. Looking forward to exploring other options at this all-day breakfast diner.

Fun, good, fast. I forgot to ask the size when I ordered two pumpkin pancakes the owner stirred up just for me. Excellent service. Most costumers were local.
It was definitely worth the scenic drive along I 90

Less than 10 minutes from the Utica University hockey rink and Wynn Hospital, the diner is clean and decorated with a sense of humor. During our visit service was fast and friendly. We had a Reuben omelette which was awesome. It came with 2 slices of toast and hash browns which were both great. Our other entree was banana bread French toast which was a generous portion and very good. I was already over-caffeinated so I did not try the coffee. Bill was about $30

This is such a great diner with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Sheri seems to always be there welcoming her guests and making them feel like they just landed in their sister’s kitchen. The food is good - and substantial! I had the Big Two - which is a huge breakfast, and every bite satisfying. Be forewarned that the pancakes are the size of a dinner plate. Service is fast, but you are never rushed. Coffee refills never stop. The local crowd obviously loves the place and the staff! So did I.

Have been here before the coffee is plentiful, however the portions little smaller on potatoes and ham. We waited a long time for our food and when it came it was just warm.

We searched for diners on our way home from Syracuse to grab breakfast and were very lucky to find this gem! The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, and the service was excellent. I tried the banana bread French Toast, and it was amazing!! If you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed if you choose Sheri’s.

Service, food, atmosphere - all there. About halfway through a delicious Reuben sandwich at Sheri’s, I found myself daydreaming about a retirement career revolving around eating my way through Upstate NY, driving from one diner to the next. While in Utica at lunchtime, Sheri’s Eastside popped up on TripAdvisor so my brother and I and our wives gave it a try. Sheri’s is the kind of place I miss about Upstate after 30 years in the South. No pretense, a convenient location right on the road, industrial area that’s seen better days, but the diner’s still humming. The kind of place where local truckers, the mailman, some retired veterans and four travelers feel at home and are well fed. Sheri, we hope you can keep the place going! Bill & Mary Catherine

Sheri's is great for breakfast or lunch. We had breakfast FOR lunch. Huge portions, low prices, immaculately clean, free Wifi, and no separate charge for credit card payment. Super friendly staff and just like Cheers, every body knows your name.

A friend drove me to the doctor's, offered to buy lunch to say "Thank you", he was in the mood for a burger and neither of us had been to Sheri's before so we tried it and it was very good, as was the service - friendly, attentive, and prompt. Coffee was good, sides were tasty and lunch was not outrageous (we had the same thing in Cooperstown the month before and it cost more than twice as much). Noticed they have eggs and greens for breakfast so I will be going back soon!

My husband and I came here with my mother today, shortly before noon. The joint was jumping but we were able to get a table next to the window with the bullet hole. At first, ww were pretty impressed with our server—she was friendly, got us three glasses of water on the double and appeared to have a group of elderly gentlemen followers.
She took our order—a burger, a cup of soup and an omelette and then......she vanished. Forty minutes later, the soup (very good) and the burger (cooked beautifully medium rare, excellent bu
n, flabby bacon, unmelted cheddar shreds) were delivered. The omelette arrived three minutes later with the promise that the hash browns would be “right out.” Twenty minutes later, I approached the front desk and asked for them. The guy running the register brought them out. The server was not seen at our table again—I even had to go ask for the check. We didn’t expect white glove service here—it’s Foothills of the Adirondacks Rustic—but what we got was woefully inadequate.
Food? A solid 4. Service? 0.
We won’t be back.

Sherie's has been open for around a year now and serves breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. I have been there many times for breakfast and have never been disappointed. They have a nice selection and reasonable prices. If you are hungry, try the big 3.
