What a colorful place, very hip & attractive. Greeted by bartender; server seated us by the window which was cool cause watching the activity along the streets of beautiful Tarrytown was great.
I got the PAN CON LECHON
(slow-roasted marinated pork with swiss or cheese on
cuban bread (pressed) with sweet potato fries. Delicious, tender shredded pork, with a flavor similar to chili verde, imo. The Cuban bread is not like anything I’d ever had before but thin & crispy.
Appropriate portions (not too much-not too skimpy) and pricing. Good food, no complaints. I did add hot sauce which only made it better!

My friends and I were visiting Tarrytown and craving Mexican food. We found a place to try (The Taco Project), but didn't want to sit outside because it was in the 90's. We went inside, but it was even hotter inside (no A/C?). Disappointed because their menu looked great.
So instead we walked next door and stumbled upon The Cube Inn. We immediately loved the colorful, welcoming decor. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was funny and attentive. Even though there were lots of great Cuban options, we were in the mood for burgers and fries, which ended up being excellent. When the server brought our meal, she explained they were cooking up more fries and she'd bring them out shortly, but they never came. No big deal (the smaller amount we originally received were plenty). When she later realized we never got the extra fries, she offered to comp our dessert. Wasn't necessary but appreciated. This was the first restaurant we ate at when visiting Tarrytown and hoped to get back during the week, but with so many great restaurants in the area, we wanted to keep trying new places. Next time!

We went here with our son's family. I had the Cuban Sandwich that I feel is good as those in Ybor City. Very tasty pork. Others had the Veggie Paella and a variety of Empanadas as well as Yucca Fries, Maduros and Tostones.. The Guava Empanadas were wonderful. Flan and Key Lime Pie were a great dessert. The Restaurant is nicely decorated. The Chef/Owner is Cuban and everything has an authentic flavor. We will return!

I lived in a Cuban neighborhood in Miami for a few years, and all I ate most of the time was Cuban food. Now I’m in NYC, and I enjoy it here also. Victor’s Cafe 52 in NYC has long been a favorite of mine, but I thought the food at the Cube Inn was excellent. I don’t necessarily think of empanadas as being Cuban, but theirs were delicious, especially the guava variety. We loved our main courses of ropa vieja and the mojo pork. The maduros (sweet plantains) were the best I’ve ever had, and “abuela’s” flan was superb. The only thing I would change would be the rice in the rice and beans. It seemed like converted rice. The bar selection is wonderful with several Cuban cocktails (La Bodeguita was one), a solid beer selection and wines. They have a happy hour from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. The interior decor is lovely, and the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was recently voted one of the top new restaurants in Westchester County, NY, so I think a lot of my fellow diners feel the same as I do about this great place!

Great vibe as soon as we walked in - warm, welcoming atmosphere, cool Cuban music (but not too loud), nice decor. Passion fruit mojitos absolutely delicious. Food was seriously good. And I am pretty picky. I had the vegetarian paella which had so much flavor and depth - a true meal in itself and not a cheap veggie version of the real thing. So many fresh vegetables and just delicious. Tostones were great too, hot off the fryer. My husband had the pollo Cuban sandwich - very thin slices of nicely seasoned chicken with an abundance of veggies and toppings. Really, really good. Can't wait to go again.

Right after our lovely visit to Lyndhurst, we luckily stumbled upon the Cube Inn. I love the quirky and punny title, and the food was excellent as well. I especially loved the empanadas (we tried shrimp, beef, and veggie) and the grilled chicken salad was delicious as well. It has a very fun, laid-back and tropical vibe. Next time I’m in Tarrytown I’m definitely getting more empanadas!

I was here spending my time off from work with family and enjoying the drinks provided there. Despite the selection of flavors of mojitos, I felt I was discriminated against by the current attending bartender, Jose. I had to take a very serious call outside to not disturb the clientele and was immediately denied service when I returned. I had not even finished half of my first drink and asked why I was denied service. Jose mentioned that my gait was "funny" when I took my phone call outside. I admit, I do walk with a certain tick because of previous injuries, but I definitely was not heavily intoxicated. I felt very uncomfortable during this interaction because even the owner started to become aggressive when I asked why I was denied service. It was really an unfortunate situation and I felt attacked. I would not return because of this.

My wife and I ate dinner at The Cube Inn last night before we attended a show at The Tarrytown Music Hall. We both had Cubano sandwiches and fries. The food and service was very good and the crowd seemed to consist of a lot of regulars. Highly recommend.

Our meal was adequate, the service a little slow. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. We felt pinched, however, when the bill came. $12 for bottled margaritas that were diluted. Don’t bother! With drinks like that and basic food you can do much better.

Delicious Cubano sandwiches, good beer selection, and conveniently located on Main Street. Service was ok on a busy night. The owner stopped by our table and made sure we were taken care of.

If there were people smoking cigars, you would really be in Cuba. From the outside eating decor, All the way to the Restroom is perfect on how THE CUBE INN is represented. The Empanadas were Unreal!!! The Main entrees were the perfect portions. Super Authentic Cuban flavors and Love are put into its food. Cocktail menus were very Caribbean. Great staff, Great food, Great drinks and Great atmosphere. When paying the bill, all exchanges are done inside a real Cuban Cigar box. Very Cool. Just sad they didnt have Flan for dessert. If you are in Tarrytown NY, it would be silly to look and not CUBE INN...

We shared a very good Cuban sandwich and subbed out the fries for beans along with a side of croquettes. It was a good lunch for two
