My son and I wanted to go to Pastabilities but the lunch buffet was not calling his name after two weeks of college food. So off to the Pub we went. We were seated quickly at around 1pm. The hostess was a sweetheart. We ordered the calamari - it was fair - but our mains were great. I had the... More

I have eaten here a few times since being out here and this place isn't bad. Fish and chips and the burgers were both good, beer is always cold.

So Irish Pub Food isn't exactly my favorite, but boy, did this make me question it. Kitty Hoynes is a real down-to-earth Irish pub, and it's what you'd expect- a great bar atmosphere with tons of beer and some hearty Irish comfort food. The thing is, the food is really, really good. (and maybe that's because I'm finally getting Irish... More

Have been here several times and love the ambiance. There is a separate bar area much like many an Irish Pub and a large separate dining room. The food is always terrific and plentiful. The Shepherds Pie is wonderful and you must try an order of Curry Fries as your appetizer. Although I have never had it you can also... More

Great history and true to the bone Irish pub. Enjoyed. Irish pub menu and so mucg history and beauty in the architecture so well preserved. So much history to read on the walls . There is a semi private area to the back suitable for business or private group occasion. A must stop

Had dinner one night while visiting for a convention. Friendly atmosphere, great service and food. Try the Shepherd's Pie. Also, say hello to the hostess Mimi. She is excellent. Friendly, cordial and helpful.

Overall was really happy with this restaurant. My girlfriend and I sat outside around 10 P.M. on a Friday night and service was very quick and our server was very friendly. We had the Reuben Fritters for the appetizer and they were delicious. Great texture and made perfectly. I ordered the Shepherd's Pie and my girlfriend ordered the Irish Meatloaf.... More

Great entertainment, especially if Irish cultural music is part of your fare. good food, including some authentic Irish foods. Only complaint is with service, one time we actually walked out after trying to make contact with wait staff. We were told to seat ourselves, had to go to the bar to get drinks and never had anyone deliver a menu.

I ate at Kitty Hoynes earlier this evening with my husband. It is a very nice place with a great 'pub atmosphere.' They have a great beer and drink selection, and there is something for just about everyone on their food menu. I had the Shepard's Pie and my husband had the Irish meatloaf, and both were very good. Our... More
