Can be a bit noisy, but food is excellent. Bread and spicy oil sauce is a must.Often have live jazz at night. Highly recommend the buffet style lunch with many salads and "Luna" of the day

One of my favorite places to eat in Syracuse. You must get the hot tomato oil with bread starter. It's simply bread and a dipping sauce, nothing crazy, but delicious nonetheless. For entrees, the manicotti and spicy chicken (or meatball) rigatoni options are great. You also can't go wrong with penne alla vodka or your choice of pasta with the... More

Fabulous lunch place!!! Try to go before noon or after 1:30 (earlier is better as there will be more options as everything is so good). Pasta with house tomato sauce is my husband's favorite. A meatball or sausage on the side if he's extra hungry. I prefer the chicken penne salad topped with chopped walnuts and blue cheese. If unsure,... More

Very tasty traditional pasta. Huge portions and great service. Don't miss this place in the Armory area of downtown. But be prepared to wait as it is very busy but worth every minute.

We arrived around 1:30 pm for lunch on a Thursday. Great salad bar, lots of choices and the servers place the salad on your plate. Like this for sanitary reasons. Lots of other choices too. Fresh Italian bread. There is outside seating, patio seating and dining room. Lunch is less formal than evening. You wait in line for lunch and... More

Home-made pasta, fresh-baked stretch bread, and a unique hot oil dip. Who could ask for anything more? There is nothing like sitting on the back patio on a beaut summer night, or enjoying a cocktail at the bar. Pastabilities has been serving high quality food for over 30 years and we make sure we get there at least once a... More

On the road from Ottawa to Washington D.C. there are countless fast food and truck stop restaurants for hungry travelers. However, with a tiny bit of research a smart driver can find some truly great restaurants along the way, just like this place! Syracuse was the perfect distance for us to stop for lunch and a quick search showed all... More

We called. We asked "Can we be seated with four about six?" Were told, "Sure. We don't take reservations, but come in." When we got there, it was so loud in the entry that it was difficult to speak with the seater. Forty minute wait - on the street. Had the same experience five years ago. Still haven't eaten there.
