Robinson's Tea Room was lovely. We ordered the high tea service. It came out on the 3 tier tray. We started with the scones and worked our way through the tasty sandwiches and ended with delicious desserts. There was a large choice of teas and we were extremely happy with our choices. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive without hovering.... More

This is a very quaint, cozy little restaurant. You can have the whole high-noon tea package or order off the menu consisting of sandwiches, pot pie, quiche to name a few. The scones are delicious served with butter and jam. They have a nice option of tea flavors. I have been here a few times and usually order the quiche.... More

Robinson's is now under new ownership but the splendid standards set by the previous owners have been maintained. The range of teas available is mind boggling. The quality of the Cinnamon and Butterscotch Pecan scones is outstanding particularly with raspberry jam and cream. That said proper clotted cream instead of the synthetic would be a huge improvement. Booking at this very... More

The small room is beautiful. Everyone gets a different tea cup and is asked if she wants a different one. There are many choices of tea, scones and a nice varied brunch menu with salads and wraps.. The portions are very large, the prices are reasonable, the service is good and the noise level isn't too high.

High Tea is delicious and very filling. There are also lots of choices for tea. Many diners were having lunch and everything looked enticing.

I had a delicious chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread. I was with friends and we tried several different dessert type teas and LOVED them!

My daughters sweet 16th birthday. Walked 5 teenagers in for high tea. They had a fabulous time. Until they were leaving. The waitress followed them out of the restaurant demanding her tip. One of the girls told her it was under the teapot. Really? I guess I didn't see the sign that said tip mandatory. Oh, they left 18%.

We recently stopped at the Tea Room for a lunch on a Saturday afternoon. This restaurant was not our first choice based on the so-so reviews but we weren't able to get in to our first choice of restaurants and the Tea Room was able to immediately seat us. The service was very, very slow. Despite having several employees hanging... More
