My first ever sushi experience was at this restaurant over 20 years ago. I indoctrinated each family member here over time, so I thought it appropriate that we visit again. We were seated promptly and given our menus. We enjoyed 12 different rolls served over...our visit. Our habit is to usually order several and then add should we want more. We always want more! Everything was fresh and presented nicely. We only were drinking water this visit and they were kept full by the attentive staff. Parking can be a challenge. Sizeable lot on a small strip mall, but it is narrow and unfortunately too many have issues navigating getting into and out of spots. But well worth the challenge. We will definitely be back again.More

Stopped in last week for some sushi and sashimi. The waitress kinda made me feel like she was doing me a favor by letting me spend my money there. I asked for a saporro and a premium bottle of cold sake and an ice bucket...for my sake. She looked at me like I had asked her to co-sign for a car loan !! Not very friendly at all. I proceeded to order some sushi and sashimi and it was the usual defrosted fish that most places serve. Does ANYONE on the island actually buy FRESH fish?? Ordered another beer and finished my dinner.. Did NOT feel welcome at all... $100 meal and I was still hungry.. Will probably not go back...More

We live walking distance from Tomo, and constantly received discounts in the mail so we decided to try it out. First of all, the prices are insanely low! $3.25 for your basic spicy tuna roll, Philadelphia roll, etc. We used a coupon for free unlimited...sake. We each had to pay $7 for the initial sake drink, and then the rest were all free! Everything was delicious! We were skeptical because the prices were so low but quality was definitely not compromised. The atmosphere is very nice, modern. Chairs are comfy. The service was probably the best we've ever had at a Japanese restaurant. They were very attentive and good about clearing empty plates/refilling sake and water. For dinner we had 4 regular hand rolls, one specialty roll, two unlimited sakes (we each had 2 or 3 additional pours of it) and banana tempura with ice cream and our bill was $49!!! Unbelievable! We will definitely be back here on a regular basis.More

I had not been back here in some time because it is not close to my home. I was in the area and decided to visit and pick up some lunch. The staff were great in taking my order and answering my questions. They presented...the rolls I ordered nicely even though it was take out. Everything we needed was included in our take out. They are in a small strip mall, but ample parking is available. Nice atmosphere for dining in too. Will definitely be back.More

Unassuming location yet nice decor lent for simple escape from the cold night. Sake was good and hot chocolate cake was a surprising dessert. Nice chirashi bowl all very fresh and well presented albeit not in a traditional bowl though no complaints was a large...entree. Service amenable and prompt. Could stand to be more hospitable seemed slightly aloof. Good sushi. Fresh.More
