Tucked away behind a residential street is this little gem of a restaurant. Delicious food, good service and old world charm.

Food was delicious and great staff. The best pomodoro sauce I have had out. Just like home. We look forward to our next visit.

Basilios restaurant is the best Italian restaurant on Staten Island. The food is authentic in 3 ways. 1- Presentation of food. No fanfare no garnishes. Looking at the food and you know the way in looks and aroma of the dish. 2- Taste- Like being in Italy! Textures of pastas and accompaniments is wonderful, like Nonna's. 3- Great service and... We had a reunion of ten members of my wife's family this past Sunday. TRhe place was hectic and noisy, as you would expect of any fine Italian establishment on a Sunday afternoon. The service was very good, the wait staff was attentive to all of our needs, and service was prompt. I must say, however, that I have never... More

With more than fifty people in attendance we enjoyed appetizers served family style, a cold antipasto, a pasta course followed by a... More

This is the oldest operating restaurant on Staten Island [1937+/_] This family owned restaurant has served our family for the past 30+ years and they have never failed to surprise us with a new menu.

Wow. What a fantastic experience. Server Staff, Sandy was great. The menu was perfectly sized for a holiday. I really loved the authentic Italian cuisine. Everything was just perfect. The restaurant is so old school it's just perfect. My family absolutely loved it.
