The best pizza in New York!

You really have to go out of Manhattan to get the best NY style pizza on Staten Island! In a brand new and beautiful decorated location, Goodfella's makes the best NY style pizza you'll ever have! I've tried their pasta and meat as well, and I wasn't disappointed! Quality ingredients, plenty of choice and a very friendly staff! I can only recommend this place!

Very good dinner and drinks

We ordered a Margherita pizza and it was excellent. The sauce was great and the crust thin. We both enjoyed it. I had a very good chocolate martini. Our waitress, Leana, was very good..attentive but not hovering.

My new favorite Italian ristorante

This was my second time visiting the newly located Goodfella’s on Hylan Blvd. The first time I shared pizza with a group of friends. It was so outstanding my husband and I began ordering pizza once a week. But I finally had the chance to sample other foods. Fried zucchini- cut in wedges, made fresh. Eggplant parmigiana - lightly breaded , just a little mozzarella and (fresh) mozzarella ! Homemade pasta ! I just can’t rave about the quality enough. Dessert- Nutella calzone. And….. The wait staff, owner, chef, - totally welcoming, pleasant , checking to make sure everything was perfect. AND IT WAS. I told my husband , this is my new favorite place. We will definitely be visiting on the regular 😋

Excellent Grandma Pie Pizza!

Perfect dough. Excellent souse. Nicely done! I ordered Grandma ans it was delicious. Most likely this is top echelon of pizza in NYC. I would guess too 10 for sure.

Good Pizza

We often go to the Original Goodfella's on Hylan in Staten Island, we decided to try this one today.. some similarities and some differences.. This Goodfella's has a larger menu whereas the Original one has a smaller menu.. the pizzas are very similar with just the way the toppings are cut differently(here the Prosciuttois in chopped up bits not shaved and the sausage is in cut chunks not crumbled) service is fine.. the pizza is good but overall I have to give the nod to The Original one for food.

Horrible food

I went there for lunch. The salad came pretty quick. The waiter walked past us to give bread to another table and totally ignore us. We waited 15 minutes and our entree did not come out yet. The person that came after us got his entree in like 5 minutes. We saw our entree sitting there near the front register. The server was busy on the phone taking orders. After another 10 minutes, he finally came out with our food. He went over to the other table and ask the guy if the food was okay. Our food was horrible. The vegetables look like they just took it out of the freezer and steam it. The eggplant parmigiana was so soggy that it taste bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want bad service and crappy food, this is a place to go to.

Great service & food.

I was skeptical after reading negative reviews about this restaurant. I was given a Restaurant.com gift card and since this eatery accepts these cards I decided to treat my daughter, husband and grand kids. The service we received was great. The prices were good and so was the food. Our waiter Jason was very attentive and kept asking us if we needed anything. Danielle was so knowledgeable regarding the gift card (it can be a bit of a nuisance) but with her help we were able to get around that hurdle. All in all our experience was very good. No problems whatsoever. And everyone was really friendly and nice. Not a skeptic any longer.

I called to order a large pizza on Wednesday at 11:30 am when they opened. I was told it would be 1/2 hour to pick up. When I arrived at 12 pm, a young man was behind the counter looking at his mobile phone and when he looked up asked what I needed. I said I called and order a pie to pick up and he looked down at his phone stating, “my cook isn’t in”. I said, Is my pizza being made now? He stated without looking up, “my cook isn’t in”. I walked out and I will never patronize this establishment again. My family and I go there often but the rude and unprofessional treatment is unacceptable. So my mother, my 2 nephews and I went to Denino’s instead.

A Nice Dining Experience

Ordered the Large traditional Brick Oven Pizza which I enjoyed last time. Again, Very Good with a thin crispy crust, a mild and flavorful sauce and very good quality mozzarella. My wife enjoyed the Salmon entree with spinach and potato as sides. Service was Excellent. Our server was Dana. She was professional, efficient and very nice. She came to our table a couple of times to ensure everything was as it should be. We went on a Tuesday night and there was no problem in getting a table. Overall, a nice dining experience

Worth my trip from Orlando to New York!

I tried really hard not to go into the food dance but I eventually did!!!!! The food was delicious! Authentic marinanara sauce! The veal parmagian and my husband's eggplant parmagian was so scrumptious. I wanted to leave with a brick oven pizza but I settled for more pasta for the road! I will definitely come again. Not to say the service was excellent!

Tasty Thin Crust Pizza

I have dined in this restaurant and ordered food delivered. I thoroughly enjoy thin crust pizza. I order the Old World Style Pizza with fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce. When it is not overcooked, it is outstanding. Unfortunately, it is overcooked about a third of the time we have it delivered. I keep coming back for it, because it is still acceptable! I gave this a very good rating as opposed to an excellent rating because of this inconsistency. I recommend you try it out.

Quality Ingredients, Great Pizza

All phases were superb; chicken wings were crispy, pizza awesome, cannoli spot on! Coupled with superior service, the wood fired brick oven had a smell of comfort food and excellence. My personal pizza was tasty, with fresh vegetables, and quality ingredients which was very filling (and healthy) for a modest price. I will definitely return when given the opportunity in the future.
