My husband and I shared half a plate of buffalo calamari and a whole pizza with peppers, onions, and meatballs! Everything was DELICIOUS! The calamari tastes just like buffalo wings and I highly suggest everyone to try it at least once! From the moment we...More

Every time I try something different: a salad one night, new kind of pizza the next. I have never been disappointed

Though I’m not a native Staten Islander I worked nearby and frequently visited Lees after work with coworkers. If the term “bar pie” means anything you have to go to Lee’s. A “vintage” local joint with a group of “regulars” is what you’ll find at...More

Lee’s Tavern, located next to the Dongan Hills SIRR station, is straight out of the 1940s. No frills and no fuss, the thin crust pizza is simply some of the best I’ve ever had. Worth the trip!

This quaint little bar, with tables in the back serves food in the back, has the best thin crust pizza and fried calamari. It's a neighborhood favorite, and the locals frequent often.

Always very accommodating even when we come as a large group. Buffalo calamari is delish! Kids love it and the workers are super friendly.

This is one of my favorite pizza joints in Staten Island. You seriously can’t go wrong with any of their pies. But my most favorite are the white clam pie and garbage pie. And the buffalo calamari is another must try.
