Elbow East is just the place to be on a summer day on the North Fork. Menu reflects the seafood that is so fresh in the area as well as standard burgers and salads using local ingredients. Service is friendly and attentive. After lunch take a short walk to a Sound Beach and feel the cool breezes off the water!

Nice comfortable place for family dinning. The grilled shrimp is good and the Prefix Lobster diner is a great value and delicious. Love their steamers and flounder dinner. Very warm service. Prices are reasonable.

We arrived fairly late on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and the place was very crowded with large groups. We chose the last table upstairs and the bus boy explained to us that our waitress was also serving a large party if 12 and would be with us shortly. When she arrived she offered us a cocktail on the... More

I was surprised to get a reservation for a table of 10 only a few hours before on Mother’s Day. I have been to one of the other Cliff’s Elbow Room before but not this one. I really do feel bad but I was not overly impressed with dinner. It may have been because of the expectations I have remembered... More

I have been to Elbow East few times for lunch/dinner with my wife over the past two years. The oysters are to die for, and their seafood platters are amazing. The atmosphere is very casual and the staff is friendly.

This is my go to place for a nice meal. Always get the surf and turf as it is soooo good. The lobster is always done to perfection and the marinated steak is tender and tasty. The prices are a bit much for surf and turf but it is definitely worth it.

This place is such a great secret. Found it accidentally after wine tasting. The steaks are to die for and the pork chops are unbeleivably huge as well as delicious. Do NOT pass this place up when in Southold.

Stopped in for dinner on my last evening of my visit from Ohio and had the most delicious salmon dinner ever! The service was top notch as well. Our entire party was quite pleased with their meals!

Went with family after a day of pumpkin picking and wineries. Although the restaurant is dark and the decor a bit outdated, the food is delicious. You can't beat a giant steak cooked to order including a side and salad for under $40.
