OK ... so they say they're a Mexican restaurant ... but not what we're accustom to. There's a new upscale Mexican restaurant in town ... far beyond this "dive" .... as seen by this critic.

We popped in here for a casual dinner. We were very happy to see a lot of locals and Mexicans frequenting the place while we were there, usually proof that the nationality of the food is authentic. We had the burrito and the quesadilla with tacos. The portions were massive. That and a drink cost less than $25. Can't get... More

La Hacienda is absolutely delicious! They have a wonderful variety of authentic Mexican food. None of that fake wanna be Mexican food people love to serve in restaurants. If you want to have REAL Mexican food, this is definitely the spot to the come. Great prices for everything, however they need to work on their online menu as it has... More

The food is amazing and well priced. Leave it at that. You can eat in the establishment or call ahead and carry-out. The first time I walked in to the restaurant I was apprehensive about eating anything prepared in a space that looked the way that La Hacienda does. That apprehension dissipated upon the first bite of my meal. Don't... More

It's a small restaurant so don't expect to go with a huge group. Low key, quiet place. Food served on disposable plates. Fast and friendly service. The food is really delicious. Definitely worth a try.

A small hole in the wall restaurant in a posh community that has a limited menu, but great authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices. Cash only.

Food was good, plentiful and very inexpensive for the Hamptons. Atmosphere just so-so, as it's right across the street from a supermarket. A small place where a lot of locals seem to go. Okay but nothing special.

We went twice when we were in Southampton on vacation. The food both times was excellent! This seems to be listed as Spanish for some reason but is actually a Mexican restaurant. It's fairly small and nothing really to look at but the food is excellent and the staff are all very friendly. Definitely recommend.
