Great food and service, well worth the quick diversion from Rt. 104. Very friendly and accommodating, diverse menu including vegetarian choices. The individuals with whom we dealt were courteous and attentive. As we left, they gave us directions to a local bakery. Would definitely return....Thank youl.More

I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants. I have to say this is by far the best I've ever had. Could barely wait to eat it once I got it in my car it smelled delicious. Of course I got 2 meals one for later....The tres enchiladas and the chicken flautas. And chips and salsa. I randomly came upon this place and I am SO overjoyed that I did. Simply amazing.More

It was fresh and delicious. We had tostadas, empanadas, red enchiladas and tacos. We had the salsa and chips. We couldn't believe how wonderful just the salsa was. The shrimp was amazing. It was nice-sized for such a reasonable price. The food was beautiful looking...and tasting. We also LOVE their story. Who knew that western NY would have the best Mexican food. What a diamond in the rough.More

The Tamales and the Tostada de Ceviche de Camaron were amazingly delicious. I would definitely return for more yumminess. Oh and the staff made me feel like I was dining with and at friends.

Went there with my daughter for dinner. The food was very good and comparable to most Mexican restaurants. There was a good explanation on the menu about what each type of food consisted of. (Corn, floured, hard, soft, etc.) When in town I will be...back.More

After going to El Rincon since my waitress many years ago barely spoke any english and I spoke less spanish I want to first say this is my favorite restaurant in upstate NY. I noticed someone wrote some disparaging remarks and I was compelled to...write this. There is no where I have ever had any Mexican cuisine in my life romotely as delightful. The woman that runs this wonderful place looks like she could be president of a fine university. The foods: home made sopas Cilli rellanos The salsas The mole The chipotle Everything about El rincon is remarkable One thing to note Not all tomatoes peppers onions are equal They grow so sure there are days that the magic is overwhelming And when a place prduces a food with fresh ingredients the flavors vary Exciting!! As a person that loves this restaurant I whole heartedly recommend it. Even if you are Rick Bayliss Or the Chef of Cosme Buen provecho Best wishes to El RinconMore

Was in-town visiting family for the holidays and headed here for dinner. They happily accommodated our large party. Space was nothing fancy, but featured a lot of Mexican decor and bright colors; everything was clean. Service was on the slow side, because they were fairly...busy and only two people were working, but was polite and genuine. The menu was large and had a great selection of authentic Mexican dishes! Everyone in our party was pleased with their food; my pork tamales were excellent, and my chicken sopes were piled with fresh vegetables and tasted great. Guacamole hit the spot. They serve beer and wine only; they had a nice selection of Mexican beers. VERY affordable meal for the quantity and quality of food. Would happily return!More
