We ordered from the restaurant a couple years ago and stopped going because the quality and freshness of the food declined. We heard recently that the ownership changed it was way better. So we tried again. Well , we are on our second take out, and I have to say it has the best Chinese and sushi rolls I have tasted in quite a while. Keep doing what your doing and we will be back.

I was in Slate Hill for court on a Monday evening. All nearby restaurants were closed. Hung fu was my choice by default.
I am on a low salt diet so I spoke with the chef who said the lo mein had no salt and any of the brown sauces i.e. Beef with broccoli had no salt. The egg roll had a little salt.
They also serve sushi and sashimi so I ordered a spider roll.
Everything was prepared to perfection. Spider roll had large soft shell crab. It was tremendous!
Place looks run down and ordinary outside but is excellent by any MY metro standard inside.

When we want good Chinese food but don't want a 40 min ride to get it we come here. The place isn't fancy but the food is good. The ribs here are excellent as well as the tempura shrimp and other appetizers. The meals have been tasty and you get nice big shrimp in the meals that have them. The egg rolls are crisp and light and the fried won-tons are delicious. The main meals are mostly typical take out Chinese but they are prepared well.
