Very disappointed with the food and delivery service. Food was mediocre at best. What was worse was that it arrived cold. We are less than 1 mile away. No excuses for cold food. Add this to the pricey nature of the food and we can...honestly say we won’t return.More

Lots of food, ok soup, salad was too cold. Entrees were large, ok tasting, but not outstanding. They accept groupons.

Every time we go there the food just seems to get better and better. The Best Sushi for miles around.

Stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The sushi was fresh and tasty. Our waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we walked in the door. The service was ok nothing great. The sushi was fresh but nothing out of the ordinary.

This is one place we go often for sushi. They have decent sushi at good price. Service is quick and always nice. I would go here again and again.

Took my daughter for lunch. We sat at the sushi bar because she likes to watch the chefs (she's 7) We each ordered the lunch roll special plus one specialty roll. This roll was salmon ovo inside with a finely chopped lobster salad top and...a little sauce. We both thought it was delicious! Overall the food was on par with most places, but the service was good, the tea was nice and strong and that roll would bring me back again.More

Machi sushi has been my main delivery sushi for a year now. Living in middle island there are not many delivery options. We have always had great delivery service from them. This past weekend I stopped by to pick up my take out order. Having...never been in the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised it looked really nice. And it had a nice big bar. Having liked the look of it we went there for dinner tonight. We were the only people in there. It must be due to the location, because the food is really fresh and one of the best sushi on Long Island. The restaurant feels really clean, and my waitress was really nice. The menu is really good with lots of food and drink options. I really hope people start going there, it really is worth it and they do a Groupon also. We will definitely be back!More

Me and my wife went there after we bought Groupon. Interior was okay like regular Asian restaurants. I ordered two sushi tempura roll and my wife ordered avocado and veggie roll. They were decent. Yes we would go back as long as their is groupon.

We ordered dinner for home delivery. The delivery time was OK. The food was good it was nothing special. It was basically the same as you can get at a supermarket. Unfortunately the price was extremely expensive based on the quality of the food. We...were really hoping for a good quality Sushi restaurant in this areaMore

I feel terrible saying this as the gentleman working there tried so hard to please us. He was wonderful but we wouldnt return. The food just wasn't good they kept trying so again I feel terrible. My husband sent several things back as the taste...wasn't right. I understand its fish, but when it smells and tastes fishy it isnt great!More

The restaurant is located in a failed mall in Selden. Interior design is OK. We purchased a Groupon to entertain the whole family. It was not accepted because (ostensibly) if was the 4th of July. We drove some distance to get there, so we felt...really let down by the staff. What's more interesting, the restaurant was pretty much empty. They could have customers but they chose to stick with a weird policy that was NOT described in any fine print anywhere. Zero credibility and it just didn't feel professional. Not going back.More
