I ate here on a dark, cold, rainy night, and was immediately entranced by the warm, cheerful atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was delicious. I had butternut squash soup, which had an expected and delightful garnish of crisp brussels sprouts leaves. Then a flatbread...More

Food was delicious. We had the Pastrami Reuben and I think it may have been the best pastrami I've ever had.

The atmosphere was pleasant, noise levels were moderate, food and wine were very good, and the service was excellent. The restaurant has high ceilings, rustic wooden walls and floors, and stylish decor in a "casual provincial" atmosphere. The menu is full of elegant and appealing...More

Great scallops. Atmosphere cozy and rustic. There was a small fireplace and interesting decorations. Main entrees about $28. Also fried calamari very good as an appetizer

The brisket sandwich was tender and perfectly smoked on site. My companion ordered Eggs Benedict Florentine - perfectly prepared. The menu features something for everyone. For dessert we shared the Peach and Blueberry Crisp with Cassis ice cream - hot from the oven, rich, and...More

One of my favorite places to eat in saugerties. Food is very fresh and delicious. Service is always good and the atmosphere very casual and comfortable. They also have many dessert options, but I haven’t been crazy about any of the ones I’ve tried.

There is always a vegetarian entree and a couple appetizers, but might not be vegan depending on the night. Just call to confirm - you'll want to make a reservation anyway.
