Cute spot

Cute spot on the side street. To find parking on the weekend. Extremely friendly staff but a limited menu.

Sometimes, I go to Hatties, sit at the outside bar, have several of Sal's mojitos and enjoy their amazing chicken wings. Other times, I'll go inside and have the fried chicken dinner with candied yams and collared greens. Or the mac and cheese. No matter which you choose, you'll never complain. One of the gems of Saratoga Springs.

Came here for dinner before chowderfest and we were not disappointed. Wife had the fried chicken which she said was the best that she ever had. Friend had a delicious jambalaya and I had the Mac and cheese which was fantastic with a great crust. Corn bread and biscuits given when u sit down was yummy. Little pricey but worth... More

This is a New Orleans style restaurant with fried chicken as a speciality. The chicken is great, although mine was perhaps a trifle dry. We also tried the jambalaya and the stuffed mushrooms, both of which were to die for. An apple strawberry crumble finished off a fine meal. They also have a bar which serves an excellent sazerac and... More

Yummy!!!!! Unfortunately, this was ordered as takeout and not partaken within the historic establishment!! But nothing was lost in the enjoyment of the food. The chicken was fried to perfection with superb seasoning!!!! The cornbread, dry for my liking, was very tasty and I was told, traditional to the recipe. But the best part was the collard green!!! Just the... More

The staff was very kind and the food was other worldly good. I had the biscuits with gravy, one of my vacation breakfast favorites. The gravy was packed with peppery sausage and the biscuits were soft and flakey. This is a must for brunch.

Authentic New Orleans home style food. All dishes were above expectation. The fried chicken was especially impressive. The chicken did not have oil at all and very crispy and fresh. I have never experienced this kind of fried chicken The only wish is that the place has more tables.

Classic room. Throughly enjoyed the chicken and arugula with bacon vinaigrette dressing and ham hash with eggs. Our Hattie's Mimosa and Bloody Mary were both tasty, but very small for the price. Good service, but the staff were a bit too chatty amongst themselves while hanging around the bar on a slowish late morning

A classic Saratoga landmark restaurant. Enjoyed a fabulous brunch; very unique offerings and everything was delicious including the Bloody Mary.

I have been to Hattie's for the fried chicken before and was a fan. When one of my favorite spots had an extremely long wait, we walked down the street to Hattie's. The breakfast menu is simple and straightforward. When asked, the chef custom made an omelet which was not on the menu. The omelets were great but I found... More
