We're a local couple who went in an enjoyed 3 different plates from the Wednesday tapas menu. I expected small plates but each was heaping and delicious. The waitress was friendly and it was a relaxing dinner. Love the blue moon cafe!

We stopped in for lunch on our way to Lake Placid. A cute place with great service and good quality food. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked them for information.

Good food (breakfast is the best!), never rushed, friendly. Pour your own (good!) coffee, plant yourself at a corner table, and watch the world go by.

As for the review with the guy on the camel. We're talking about food and service. Unfortunately I can't say anything bad about this place. Amelia island gumbo a must. And the avocado dip to start. Can't go wrong. Keep up the good work guys. I'm just a local lady about her town and her people in the service industry,... More

Yea so me and my GF went to this place and the lady behind the counter looked annoyed by us. Idk if it was because we obviously look like we are from the city but she was rude. We asked what something was on the menu and she treated us like we were the most uncultured people she had ever... More

An informal cafe-style restaurant featuring interesting dishes made fresh with local ingredients. News menu items are frequent, including some far-out but imaginative selections like Thai fish stew, spicy and hot to the max. Friendly service. Also try the veggie burgers also made fresh. The rear seating is more cozy.

Had breakfast and dinner there during our recent vacation: good unique food; friendly down home atmosphere; good service; reasonable prices.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. At 9:20AM there was a short wait to be seated. Nice homey feel, looks clean and inviting. The breakfast was great but a bit pricey (plate #1 - 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, bacon, potato; plate #2 locks and bagel; 2 coffee; 1 OJ - about $35 with tip).

Thank You for taking the time to review our café. I appreciate all feedback, and yours I consider positive. I would like to give you an idea why breakfast in our "restaurant" costs what it does. We agonize over pricing daily. Your choice of our lox was a good one to use as an example. We use Only Carefully Sourced... More
