Granted, we were a party of 7.... it was a Sunday morning, also...We were told an hour wait, which we expected....but it ended up being an hour and a half...Two people had to leave by then, so we were a party of 5 by the time we were seated. This is a very small restaurant, and popular. .You can sit... More

Creative original chef Colin Ambrose seems no longer here. Cuisine now has Latino accents. Food is good but space is small and crowded and a little pricey give. The ambience.

Have eaten here all seasons for years - it continues to be very good. The staff are overwhelmed by the volume of people passing through but they are cheery and helpful. The food is fresh and good with interesting offerings for breakfast and lunch.

We went to Estias for lunch! And what a surprise it was. We had to wait a little bit for a table for a party of five but the wait was wonderful as we sat outside on teak furniture with a wonderful breeze. The place is small but the food is delicious!! We had delicious guacamole and chips. I ate... More

Went on a Saturday before the summer season- still packed, as usual. They have a very nice outside area for waiting for a table, if the weather is good. Had a nice tortilla soup, good broth with a spicy kick. "Cobb salad" - undistinguished. Bibb lettuce with large chucks of dry white meat chicken, feta, an ok vinaigrette but meagre... More

We enjoyed our experience here. The food and service were excellent. We were seated quickly and the food came in a timely manner. Mexican food or an American breakfast is available. The fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious. Nothing seems cheap out here but I would highly recommend this restaurant when visiting this area.

We try to get here every time we come to Sag Harbor. Sometimes more than once! We got there on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. It took about 30 minutes for the two of us to get seated. Not bad. Plus they now have a coffee/bakery truck in back to tide you over. The food was delicious, plentiful, and... More

Breakfast south of the border in Sag. Absolutely delicious. It was a perfect summer morning, so of course there was a half hour wait. But, who cares? Estia's has a lovely garden in the back where you can get a cup of coffee, read the paper, and watch young families horse around on the lawn. So sweet. The breakfast burritos... More
