Go for the fried clams. Been here a million years and still serving up great seafood in a funky atmosphere. Getting a bit pricey, but worth It.

This is a must when you like fried fish and are somewhere in the region of Long-Island. I had soft-shell crabs. Crispy and fresh. And the same applies for the home made french fries.

This small little restaurant only has a counter with stools, but if you want the best new england clam chowder, you have to go here. Other fried seafood is also very good

This is easy if you want excellent fried fish that is very fresh and delicious this is where you come. Counter service like back in the day. I do take out and everything is very hot and very fresh when I get home. They do what they do and they do it very well.

Cash only establishment with the most delicious, fresh seafood I have tasted in years! Limited seating, in an intimate setting.

If this did not have a reputation one would wonder why all the hype. This is a run down hole in the wall. The fried fish is good, not great. The French fries were eh. Meals are on paper plates and portions are large. There is no reason to go out of your way for this place, and little reason... More

Their soups are pretty good but it's their Ipswich clams that warrant the very good rating. They are worth the price. Everything else on the menu is basic and pricey. P.S. don't forget the cash.

We carried out an order for a working lunch and could not have been more pleased. Even after traveling a couple of miles, the fried shrimp were crispy and hot. The fellas eating the clams were moaning at the table, they were so good. The chowder and the bisque - oh my, that is some amazing stuff! We drove by... More

Around the corner from home. Their clam chowder is amazing. Generous portions and they are nice people. I would highly recommend this institution in my neighborhood!
