One of the best Cuban Panini sandwiches around! Hefty and very tasty to say the least. I had some of my wife's Reuben sandwich and that was also very good. The side of fried pickles were plentiful and tasty as well. Eating outside on the covered porch was very nice. Our waitress was on point and courteous.

One of our fav joints in our neighborhood. This place is full of regulars but welcomes newbies with open arms. You feel like you are visiting an old time Irish friends home when you enter. All of your fav brew on tap. Food is pretty darn fantastic too!

We stopped after work for the first visit to have a beer at the bar. The atmosphere immediately indicated "fun". There is a nice selection of Irish (U.K.) beer, craft beer and a few domestics on draft. The bartender was friendly and the owner approached us to welcome us to his restaurant/pub. The luck of the Irish found us driving... More

Which cleared and kept the water full, was always there, as soon as you needed him to be, Great Job !!!! Regrettably though the prime rib was barely Luke warm, and NOT as seasoned as should... More

A great place to enjoy some local favorites. I had the shepherd pie and several of my team had the fish of the day. The pie was amazing and served different than normal (see photo). We also had the fried pickles as an appetizer. The service was great and the beer was also very good

Great high quality food. Large portions perfectly made. I had scallops that were cooked to perfection!! The best I have had out in a long time!! Large portion too. The fried fish was also a large portion or as someone put it at our table it was a whale. The Shepard's was also delicious a very generous portion. The server... More

Just as the title of this review says, this gem is a slice of the Emerald Isle right in our own back yard. I called early evening and was able to get a reservation for the same evening. The hostess was extremely welcoming. The atmosphere was amazing. We began our meal with seafood bisque and a fresh garden salad. Our... More

We went to SJ on a Saturday nigh and although it was crowded, we got seated fairly quickly. Food was good. Big prime rib;enough for us to share. We also had fried pickles and soup. Everything was very good.

Description
Shamrock Jack's Irish Pub is a family-owned Irish Pub and Restaurant blending the magical spirit of Ireland with contemporary food and drink. We are located just a few minutes north of the City of Rochester in Sea Breeze, New York, a bustling resort community on the shores of beautiful Lake Ontario. Established in August 2003, the Petzing family transformed a spacious Victorian home and ballroom dance studio into one of the best steak and seafood restaurants in upstate New York. The old-world, Irish charm of Shamrock Jack's runs through the European-style back bar, hand-crafted booths, and warm, inviting dining rooms. Shamrock Jack's has recently transformed into your local go-to Irish Pub for casual dining with family and friends. We received the commendation for 2014 Best Irish Pub in Rochester! Spend the afternoon sipping pints on our expanded front porch or our back patio, enjoy live music until the wee hours in our charming Irish pub, or have a delightful dinner with family and friends in one of our warm, welcoming dining rooms. And don't forget to visit our resident Leprechaun just inside the front entrance!
