3 yrs ago, this was one of our favorite stops. Then they changed the way the chips were cooked, not as much, usually not completely cooked and almost devoid of salt. Flavor went way down on all, so much their business dramatically reduced. They also...under staffed, did not properly train the new staff on food preparation and the art of actually listening to the customer, many you can not even understand them. If you cannot speak clear english, then should not be working where thst is a necessity. ( although staff tonight was decent, msybd they realized that) Now they deleted the edible bowls, which was the primary reason we even visited once in a while. (OK, go ahead, get rid of what differentiates you from the competition, and see how that works for you. What idiot thought to do that.) The place used to have lines, now is almost empty. Now the only way we we stop is with a bogo coupon,(and sometimes not even then). other than that, many better options close by. Their lime prema dressing is gross, tastes like watered down sour cream. Chicken has fat on it, used to be lean. ( Henrietta ny location). So sad how they have ruined what used to he a thriving business.More

If you like fresh, real, whole foods, totally prepared on the premises, you should appreciate Moe's. There is a huge variety of fresh foods to choose from, as you select what you want on your salad, or taco, etc. I'm not going to describe the restaurant...as fancy, but I don't think you were expecting that, right? But, the food, and service are excellent. The restaurant is clean, and pleasant, the decor just isn't anything special. I'm not complaining, as the food more than makes up for any particular lack of style. The prices are very fair, and quite reasonable.More

This location is Horrid! We were there last night and it took over 25 minutes to get through the line with only 1 person in front of me. There was no Cilantro in the container and the girl said they were out. You are a...burrito place how can you run out of cilantro? After about 2 minutes of the girl just staring at nothing another woman went to the back and got more. They were just too lazy to refill the stations. Then I went to pay and I was told they were out of drinks. Really? There are 2 free style machines and they said they were both out. Again I think they were too lazy to refill the machines. When this location first opened the store owner was always there. Maybe you should start monitoring your staff. They don't know how to refill stations or keep the restaurant clean. On a different visit the man making the burritos was so slow and when he wrapped the burrito it looked like a hamburger so when you ate it everything fell out. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered a salad. When I pointed it out the person checking everyone out he laughed and said Yeah it does. Very unprofessionalMore

I've come here many times before for lunch with coworkers and the experience has always been average. They've mixed our orders up a few times, they've been a little less than friendly sometimes, and there is a janitor that always want to shake our hands...just before we eat. He's harmless and friendly, its just the wrong time to shake someones hand. Anyway, the reason I will never come here again is because there was an employee who I assume wasn't on duty, because he had "street" clothes on and was hovering near the cash register and behind the counter, he was talking to the girl that was cashing us out and making comments about customers. Then there was the manager, I assumed, that was also having a converstion with him and he physically touched his own teeth with his gloves on and then stuck his hands in the tortilla chips. I was already annoyed by the guy standing around the cash register but when I seen the manager do that it just sealed the deal for me. I will never come here again and will add review to other sites.More

Aside from being welcomed as you enter the establishment, the staff is friendly and I have never had an issue with my order being wrong. They seem to have a new GM who has always been visible during my visits and she (Anna) always asks...how things are and thanks me for coming in.More

Wrap itself was so cold, it broke. The meat was a little cool as well. The salsas were delicious, as always. And for the love of God: QUESO!

My office was paying for lunch one day and offered to get me something from Moes. Moes is conveniently located close to east ave and scio. It's great for downtown businesses and visitors to the city. The variety is good for a take out restaurant...and the food tastes fresh. The only downfall would be the seating if you planned on eating there seeing that the place is always packed. Another great thing is the fast service and excellent prices. As some have stated some of the food can be a little on the salty side but other than that I'd recommend highly seeing that you can choose other options.More

Great staff. Never once had anyone give me a hard time here. Always very professional and friendly. Great great food as well. They also keep a great atmosphere with the best songs. Will always come back to this Moe's location whenever meeting up with a...friend or with family.More

As far as fast food, you can't go wrong. It is definitely a healthier choice, but the Webster location is absolutely disgusting. They seem not to care about the appearance of the restaurant. I shouldn't have to wipe down my own table before I sit...to eat. We frequent this place because it's my daughter's favorite restaurant, but honestly I'd love to turn my back on them.More
