Attentive efficient service, excellent food from the bread to the salads, pasta, meatballs, rum-ricotta filled cannoli! Prices are great.

Came here for lunch with small kids and husband. We were well taken care of by our server and was checked on by the manager. No complaints. Menu was small but classic. Kids ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Plenty of food. We tried the tripe. Good to try new things but too chewy for us. I had the pasta special... More

My dining companion was in the mood for Italian cuisine and I hadn't been to Roncone's in over 30 years, so what else does one need for motivation!? Roncone's has been the "go to" neighborhood restaurant for Italian food since 1937. I was amazed at how the restaurant has changed over the years. What I remember as a somewhat tired... More

Went there on a Saturday for lunch after driving by it for years. It was worth the wait. The calamari appetizer was excellent. I had the rigatoni with pork & sauce. Huge bowl and perfectly cooked. Sauce is closest to my wife's homemade version that I've ever had. Nice old school Italian mom & pop joint for a great change... More

Yes, we had heard it closed, but that was short lived. We had a great meal last night and the service stood out for several reasons. Chicken Zingara was the meal of choice for both of us. I was sitting at a seat where i could see the cook in the kitchen and he knew what he was doing. Our... More

The food and the prices at this rochester mainstay italian restaurant. It is located in an "iffy" neighborhood so I would recommend lunch or a close parking spot where you can see your car. The chicken and veal parm are excellent as are the eggplant and meatballs too. You just can't beat the prices and value. It is NOT fancy... More

Its as close to Grandma's cooking as I can find. We have only tried 3 items Chicken French, Chicken Parm and linguine w/White Clam Sauce. It's hard (for us) to try something else when these 3 items taste SO GREAT
