We came in the summer and wanted a place where we could eat outside with our dog. Sinbad's has tables on the porch and also next to the lawn where dogs are welcome. We love mediterranean food and this was perfect! Excellent pita and very good ingredients. Menu had a good selection of middle eastern food and kabobs, pitas, plates... More

This is the food I am not like but one thing is without a question. The food is really healthy. Almost every dish has veges or salads that are either raw or steamed. Even their pizza is super healthy. The taste is good.

I asked the owner one after oon why he did not serve foul. He replied that he would make a plate specially for me. Sinbad's is great that way: good food and a willingness to please. It's is far and away the best, most authentic Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant in the Rochester area. I have yet to have a bad meal... More

Ok...loved the food....both of us had the eggplant pita which we love...pinto Grigio and Chardonnay But wow....I know it was steamy hot outside....so we took a table inside..... but either the air conditioner was dead or it just couldn't keep up with the heat wave outside We were sweaty and dripping all during our meal...Very uncomfortable. I would definitely go... More

Made my first, and likely last visit to Sinbad's. I love Greek and Mediterranean, and was very happy to meet a friend for an afterwork light dinner. My friend ordered a Chicken Pita, and got a Gyro Kabob. It was replaced in @ 3 min by what appeared to be a hastily put together pita. I ordered the tabouleh "A... More

My recollection of this place from years ago is much better than the reality I experienced recently. I had Gazpacho and the Gyro plate, while my dining companion had the Veggie sampler. The Gazpacho was fine, but was more of a marinated salad than a soup- not bad, just a matter of taste. The Gyros themselves were not very good... More

Our office orders take out lunch from Sinbads often. Their toasted pitas are the best especially with the tahini sauce. Egg Plant and the chicken are the favorites. Always fresh and tasty.

Really can't say enough about Sinbads. Pitzas, wraps, hummus is the best in town. If you are in the mood for a consistently excellent dinner or just tapas, this is a guarantee and in 1 of the best parts of town. Enjoy.
