Thank God for Tripadvisor. Shopping out in Riverhead this weekend and we wanted Sushi. Haiku located on East Main Street. Parking in the back and walked into a side door. I think interior is ok but walls could be redone. Outside of that very friendly and attentive service but most of all the Sushi was very good. Fresh and everyone... More

Went into this funny called restaurant without knowing what to expect just because I was hungry, got one restaurant added to the list of places that i'll definitely come back to! the food was amazing and the staff was great too which believe me, really matters when you are eating in a place!

Had a variety of rolls. All were good. Tuna, salmon tasted great. They seem to do a good business. Nothing is elaborate, but it is a comfortable local sushi place.

Delicious food, amazing service, affordable prices. What else could you want? Haiku is definitely a place to try for any sushi lover. The building itself caught my eye with the vines climbing up the front, and the inside was beautiful too. No matter how eye appealing, the food is what really matters and that was the best part.

Let me start off saying that I am a vegetarian so can only really comment on non meat dishes. I have been eating at this restaurant for 5 years and love the food and relaxing ambiance. The staff are good but not really overly friendly. They don't make you feel rushed, which I hate. I mostly order peanut avocado rolls,... More

It can be very difficult to find a Japanese restaurant that serve fresh sushi that is well prepared. Well, we found one when we stepped into Haiku on Main St. We both ordered the sashimi dinner and were so pleased with the quality of the fish and the serving size. Although we didn't try any of the other dishes, we... More

We had to visit this restaurant because parents want to have Sushi for dinner during July 5 holiday. Price seems little high, but food was just fine. They should have enough staffs during busy time/period because service was very slow. We saw only two guys are working in restaurant besides kitchen.

This place deserves a decent review- we've been at least 8-10 times over the last year. If nothing else, the value has us going back regularly- but there is something else- maybe the best appetizers you could find- at least for $6 each!! Crazy- tempura Calamari and fried rock shrimp- the quality, portion, freshness, and smoking hot when it reaches... More

My daughter were shopping one night and stopped in,this place is the only place we will eat at for sushi. The waiter isn't very friendly my only complaint. We both had a few rolls and my favorite the spider roll! Everything was fresh and delicious. We will return before the end of the month.
