You won't go wrong on ice cream for dessert here. Portions re great and prices are a throwback to the 80's. Shakes are out of this world @ $3.50. Family of 4 spent total of $11.50.

Everyone I know talks about this place and even though it is an hour away, we were in the area, so we stopped in. It is in a plaza which I did not expect. They have ample seating next to the building at picnic benches...More
Visited the area and was told not to miss Holy Cow. So glad we didn't! It has been a long time since I have had real ice cream, not just some mixed up concoction made from a powder and thrown into a cone. This ice...More

The custard is sweet, rich and creamy, real whipped cream, perfect toppings, and the pricing is so good. Skip the cookie cutter desserts at the restaurants, and go here!
Everybody who is local knows this place well. Been around for many years. Travelers from southerly climes(NYC,LI,Westchester) see the prices and jaws drop. Good ice cream and very friendly staff.
Holy cow is known for fine, affordable ice cream. It doesn't matter when you go or what season the ice cream is always great. We go all year long. During the spring and summer months the lines are long but the wait is worth it
