variety, fresh viands, excellent service, ALWAYS faithful to a pleasant experience.Wine cellar colorful and adequate, college waiters and waitresses give a perky pace with a smile to the service.

Dry and tastes like old food from the fridge. I have had real BBQ from Memphis, North Carolina, and Texas. This is a cheap imitation that you can buy from Sam's club. Staff is lousy and drinks suck. Go to stewarts and get some hot dogs instead

Not sure if it's the "best in Hudson Valley," but the BBQ here is fine. Ribs were good, pulled pork too. The sides, especially the collard greens, were delicious. The mac & cheese was served piping hot. Good selection of beers and inside is newly renovated. It ain't Memphis. But it's a worthy stop on Rte. 9 just south of... More

We were looking forward to a favorite Restaurant reopening but were extremely disappointed. Not only did the menu change for the worse, the prices went up, the place felt shabby and worse, the food was not good at all. I had brisket that was not only flavorless, it was rubbery and under cooked. All of the food was lacking. Mostly... More

This restaurant always seems to have a full parking lot and after eating here I understand why. It's not cheap eating but it's not expensive either. Service is good and the food is too. If you're in the mood for BBQ (and it seems like a lot of people are) this is the place to go in Red Hook.

Went there on fathers day and where promptly seated. Party of 10 and we were greeted by our waitress and drinks came out fairly quickly. Food order took a while but it was worth the wait. Everyone enjoyed their food from 1/2 chicken, to the pulled pork to the ribs to the burgers. There was a nice mix at the... More

Great service and nice selection for the bbq lover. I enjoyed the bar selection (not just beer) as well!

The food, the service, the ambiance are comforting. You feel the warmth, the relaxing hush of conversation, of waiters in efficient motion, the scent of well prepared cuisine. Young folks offer theirs services hoping to enhance your culinary event. The offerings are barbecued specialties, Southern dishes and a variety of desserts. Prices are reasonable and portions are ample.
