Food actually good-very good. Service was deplorably rude, unfriendly, and unaccommodating. Stood at door for quite a while with barely a greeting when finally taken back to table. Waited quite a while for curt and rude service. Nickle and diming customers with allergies. Won’t be...back. There are plenty of other restaurants with friendly, appreciative service in this town! We’ll save our Thai food dining for other cities where the food and service are more worth the trip.More

A friend invited me to this restaurant. I had never been before and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I ordered the Seafood Lemon grass with spicy sauce. My friend had Chicken Lemon grass. I ordered rice noodles and my friend ordered steam...vegetables. The plates were delivered full of color, smelling delicious, and very tasty. The waitress was extremely attentive, clearing plates as we ate and making sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Potsdam, NY area.More

Open til 9 and we arrived at 8:45 and they had just closed the kitchen. I told the owner we had a long day traveling and had difficulties with car and my wife was hungry... could we get anything to take out. The owner made...an exception. We ordered veg spring rolled a chicken pad Thai and a mango chicken curry. We rushed back to our B&B and enjoyed ! I had the curry.. not hot just spicy and tried the pad Thai.. I am not a big fan of pad Thai .. usually just lots of noodles.. this was wonderful. For me the best Thai food ever.More

We were concerned we wouldnt get great Thai in Potsdam. Then we ate here. Concerns aswaged! Great variety on menu. Prices reasonable. Portions large. Diverse clientele all seemed to be enjoying their meals. Conveniently located just across from Clarkson. Highly recommend.

Hai is my absolute favourite. I ordered Tom yum soup with seafood. Family size. It had one scallop a couple squid rings and 3 shrimp. I expected more. Shrimp were excellent though. I also ordered Thai basil chicken with rice. Chicken was tough, had to...use knife to cut and it was hard to chew. I didn’t eat it all. Sauce was super watery. I have never had tough chicken or any other kind of meat from a Thai restaurant before. Usually meat is thin and tender enough to fork cut. It was worse 5hhan I make at home. Could have used more vegetables in mix as well, some how I got 1/2 a green been ?? My husband ordered ginger chicken and same .....chicken was tough and he had to ask for more spices as it wasn’t hot enough for him. I thought it was pretty blah myself and I don’t like spicy. Tom yum soup was good but very sweet. I wouldn’t like to give 3 1/2 stars but couldn’t do half’s. But definitely wasn’t a 4 star.More

If the weather is goo, do enjoy outdoor dining by the river. The menu is extensive and the food as well as the service is outstanding.

We have eaten here sporadically for several years and always been well pleased - until now. We had heard rumors that there had been changes. And while we only had time to stop in for our favorite - fresh vegetable spring rolls - that was...enough to experience mild disappointment. In the past, the rolls were tightly packed with a nice assortment of crisp veggies. This time they were loosely rolled and seemed to be mostly lettuce. And the price was significantly higher than I remember. But the new chairs are comfy!More

We got take-out from here last night. Can’t say too much, as we only had the Pho and an appetizer, but the food was good. A bit pricey for what we ordered, but I’d ha e no trouble going back, or recommending this restaurant.

Great food kind of expensive. The food was really good but we spent $89 for four adult meals with two appetizers And it was take out ? Chinese food is a lot cheaper and to me it taste similar

This is one of those hidden gems..the food is delicious..the service amazing..the atmosphere wonderful. The prices are very reasonable. I try a different dish each time I go in. I am never disappointed..even the tea is good. Easy access for wheel chairs.

Went for dinner on Saturday night. There was about a ten-minute wait as it is very popular with Clarkson and SUNY-Potsdam students. Notably, the proprietress knew many customers who came in by name—so it’s clear that she gets repeat clientele. We had the peanut satay...chicken as an appetizer. The peanut sauce was unlike any we’ve had before, but good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. One of us had shrimp Pad Thai which I would rate at about a 7. It was piping hot but bland. Nice sized shrimp. Another had chicken stir fry. It was also good but flavored differently from most Thai we’ve eaten. We learned this is because the restaurant follows northern Thailand recipes. The decor of the place is pleasing but we would suggest that the owners put half curtains or frosted glass on the lower half of the front windows given the glare from car headlights parking at the front of the restaurant. Our sole complaint was the water service—which was rather inattentive and slow. Still, we enjoyed our meal. Not the best Thai food we have eaten but absolutely above average. We will consider eating here again next time we are in Potsdam.More
