Hadn't been to Spragues for awhile and was very happy it still such a great place. Their food is all fresh and I again enjoyed their smoked bacon and homemade sausage, all made on the premise. All of their maple products are outstanding and again...made there. They are handling covid issues very nicely, In addition to a wonderful meal, you are free to walk the grounds which are beautifully maintained. A touch out of the way, but definitely worth it.More

Love Sprague’s...food is delicious! Turkey is so moist. Fresh warm assortment of rolls and bread. Servings are large; always take good home. Good service. Usually a line on Sunday Afternoons; was here on a Sat. afternoon several weeks ago...no line, good follow through on COVID...regulations. I always enjoy coming here; a treat!More

Since travel restrictions have severely limited our usual summer travel plans, our family has been creative with outings this year. For one such adventure, we decided to visit family and make a stop at Spragues, a fun restaurant with memories of simpler times when my...kids were young. As expected, the atmosphere, staff, and food were top of the line. Enforced safety measures and distancing did not retract from a fun filled evening with family, laughter, stories, and incredible “breakfast for dinner!”More

We took the grandkids to see how maple syrup was made. It was a very interesting informative tour and we enjoyed it immensely. We had breakfast with pancakes and homemade syrup. They had Free samples of maple popcorn which the kiddos loved. Everything was so...good! Loved the trip! Would go back!More

The owners have hired a manager from a closed restaurant in Olean. Always great when owners on site but since turning over to a manager, gradually the quality is decreasing & wait times are increasing. Last visit took 50 min to get food. Would like...to see owners more active. Potential lost quality resulting in decreasing business.More

We had family breakfast at this restaurant during a weekend trip to the area. While this is not our type of restaurant, I can’t say anything negative about it. Reasonable prices, large portions, delicious food. Excellent service, prompt and friendly. Pancakes are their thing, and...they’re all-you-can eat. They make their own maple syrup and it’s delicious. Make sure you try the sausages, they’re also their own and are amazing. It’s a lovely restaurant on a nice site with lots to do and see during your visit.More

We went to Sprague's for the turkey dinner on Sept. 21, places order, waited 40 minutes before getting food. When we finally got our food, the owner decided she had to come to the table and argue with me. She stated that I complained about...the service, I never said a word about the slow service. I did tell her that two tables that were seated after us, ate, and had left the restaurant before we got our food. She did offer free desert, but we refused.More
