Nice French menu, not overbearing or pretentious as some restaurants with this sort of cuisine can be. Service is attentive but not intrusive. Dining is 'cozy' so when the place is full, it can be noisy but ambiance is still pleasant. We had an excellent experience with our selections from starters to the dessert and wines. While not inexpensive, the... More

Shlepped my 92 year old Mom in for her birthday dinner. She loves French, and I wanted to give her a new experience - try something besides her usual stuffy North Shore haunts - what the hey. Our waiter went to the kitchen to learn if the soup special had a vegetable base. Then he went back to see if... More

First time visiting this restaurant that I have passed countless times and the food was excellent - I had a pot of mussels the was excellent and my companion had the chicken breast, also very good. The only issue I had was the waiter was either not in a good mood or because I was not a regular, dismissed me... More

Food was bland, We had the mussels and the sole. Dinner was cold when arrived, had to send back to be heated. Service rushed and restaurant was more than half empty. Wine prices very high for what was offered.

Very nice local restaurant. Nice, comfortable decor. Food was excellent and the service was very good. Nice selection of beers. Only complaint is that it is very noisey making it difficult to have a conversation.

A disappointing experience. Menu prices high. Food quality did not meet expectations. Service somewhat disinterested. Best attribute is decor. Better choices in Port Washington.

In the same space there previously was a great Italian restaurant with some unique dishes. La P'tite Framboise, in contrast, is part of a chain of restaurants (although the name wouldn't tell you that) and it is rather ordinary.

A bit of a Jekyll and Hyde meal. To wit: My tuna tartare appetizer was served essentially frozen. I had to break it apart and let it warm up, or else I was eating tuna-cicles. My steak was singularly unseasoned and a bit over-cooked. So, all-in-all, I did not particularly enjoy my meal My wife LOVED her meal. Her frisse... More

This is a good spot when you don't know where to go. to eat. They have a very varied menu, from Hamburgers to grilled fish to lobster rolls. Food is consistent and always good. The place get's loud, but a good crowd. Good bar scene.
