We arrived towards the end of lunch (about an hour before closing) and were seated in about half an hour. That left half an hour. On the 4th of July. No pressure. We were treated with that elusive balance of cheerfulness, courtesy, and professionalness. Our meals looked wonderful and tasted fresh and carefully prepared.

Breakfast was amazing, we’ll definitely go back. If there’s a line, it’s worth the wait. Give your name & number and take a stroll around town while you wait.
The Boston cream French toast and the Krispy Nutella French toast or highly recommended. We also had the white berry Sangria, perfect!

We love going to toast for breakfast, when we stay at Danfords. This visit, coffee was cold, couldn’t find the waitress half the time, especially after dropping the check. Took about 10 min before I had to get her attention.

The decor of the place was terrible. Staff was pleasant enough. They all wore masks and gloves. There was a woman bussing and sanitizing tables. Silverware and napkins came in a little white bag. I'm not too sure if they were sanitizing the menus. Saw a pile of menus than a waitress took menus from her customers and dumped them on the pile. So much for sanitizing.
The food was terrific. The french toast and waffles were better than a diner.

This is the first time we have been out to breakfast since the pandemic, and it was just okay. We ordered two breakfasts and asked the server to split them onto two plates as we were sharing. Well, that didn't happen, but on to the food.
Breakfast #1: Egg Burrito with peppers, sausage on a wrap was excellent. Home fries were perfect.
Breakfast #2: Waffle. The waffle was luke warm when served: the butter (which I had to go to the counter to ask for) did not melt on the waffle. Plus the texture of the waffle was...soggy. A manager-type told us she could have it remade. Great! When the NEW and IMPROVED waffle came out it was hot, but still soggy. The manager-type said they could have made the waffle more crispy if we had asked. Really? Hmmm...the reason we sent it back was because it was soggy.
Anyway, the servers were great, the guy who brought our breakfast never returned with the requested butter for the waffle, but other than that it was...okay.
I think the REAL problem was: the Waffle! Soggy, butterless, it just did not stand a chance when compared to the Burrito! Skip the waffle.
Oh, and bring plenty of cash: nothing on the menu was inexpensive.

If anyone has celiac disease, I recommend not ordering delivery from here. There are gluten free options but it seems it’s not taken seriously when the order is being prepared. I ordered through their website which uses doordash. I do not get toast, not even the gluten free toast, to avoid more confusion. I order the gluten free home fries and always add that there’s a gluten allergy. When I received my order today there was toast on top of everything. I cannot eat it. It’s not as simple as moving the toast. I called the restaurant and they were understanding but I see a bigger issue here. If there are allergy friendly options it should be taken more seriously in the kitchen. The order was written out clearly and somehow ignored. I had ordered an avocado BLT omelet. Avocado was left off each time, even the reorder. The food tastes good but the restaurant consistently messes up delivery orders. I do not recommend ordering take out or delivery from here.

Shop=great. Waiter=great.
Pancakes= over-cooked rubber.
Benedict Eggs=stale muffin couldn't cut it with serated knife WTF.
Orange juide = almost real.
Wish I could say nicer things but it sucked for $100/4 people.

I love this place on my day off. I love to sit at the bar and get a mimosa. I always get the same thing, ‘the splendid Benedict’ so good. Service is slow but I don’t mind Bc the food is worth the wait. The manager is super nice and attentive, but I can’t say the same for the other ‘bartenders’.

Such a cute breakfast spot. The decor is comfortable, rustic. Great for solo visit or large groups. Food is not the ordinary, nice menu and food was very good. Nice touch that owner stopped by the table to see how things were.

Awesome food, awesome staff, will be back PS our waitress I think her name was Jessica was absolutely outstanding, got everything right the first time and was so pleasant.. give that girl a raise.. at least an extra $10 an hour

Had been to the main branch in PJ for lunch and was looking forward to going to the new one. Went for breakfast on a Thursday and had to wait but, not very long. This was a big disappointment. We both had juice. I had the Belgian Waffle with cream & bacon. The waffle was good, but the 2 pieces of bacon were the thinnest, skinniest bacon I have ever seen...Almost invisible. AND you had to pay $2.50 to get "REAL" maple syrup instead of fake!!! My husband had the French toast with ham. He said the French toast was good, but the ham was not. Overall the whole thing was NOT worth $45.

Came here for breakfast. It was crowded but we only waited a half hour for a table.
The french toast was really good, so was the service and our server was very pleasant.

My husband and I are regulars. We love it here!
Delicious food, great atmosphere, awesome waitstaff. And oh the coffee!!
They have several vegan items on the menu and tweaking things is never a problem.
