Charming setting. Warm welcome. Friendly service. The food... outstanding! Fresh local seasonal products masterly prepared. A joy for the eyes and palette. An experience. One small comment, a couple of dishes out of the 20+ delights were uncharacteristically salty.

I loved the concept, I loved the ambiance, I loved the flavor, the freshness, and the experience. But what I didn't love was how stuffed both my husband and I felt afterwards and especially not being able to try everything since it was impossible to fit anything else in our stomachs towards the end. With fine dining, one of the... More

They say "we're just gonna feed you" and you won't be disappointed. Go in with an open mind and you'll be utterly delighted. They will make sure you don't get something you're allergic to or utterly dislike. Open your mind and you'll be transformed. Farm to table at it's peak.

Most unique dining experience i have ever had...period. My wife and I came for dinner in November. We drove up, they took are car and by the time we walked up to the restaurant, they were waiting for us. Took our coats, never asked our name...we just went in. After the 20 some-odd courses of everything from brussel sprouts we... More

There are times when an experience not only matches, but exceeds expectations on the most glorious ways. The experience my wife and I shared here for her 25th Birthday is one we will never forget. We first found out about Blue Hill at Stone Barns and Chef Dan Barber through Netflix's "Chefs Table", from the opening scene we both knew... More

Where do I start? We were looking forward to a special dinner last night at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and after trying to get a reservation for months and putting up with being left on hold for 20 minutes to reconfirm our reservations we said oh well it will be worth it. The setting is pretty and the service... More

As a young couple, we went so many different good quality restaurants in the Europe. Blue hill here is a different experience. It didn't really have a menu. It offer what they have on the day. We love these little surprises and make sure you told they what you don't want to eat. We love everything we ate there. The... More

I knew it would be life-changing but I had no idea to what degree. Thanks to the gracious Charles for the invite. 25 courses and each one unique, artistic and appealing to the sight, smell, touch and taste receptors. Even our sense of sound was served when we went outside to meet Andy from UK, who was working a one-of-kind... More

We have been going to Blue Hill for over 10 years for special occassions. Went there last night with a party of six and all of us were extremely disappointed. The first course was two radishes, one lettuce leaf and two thin slices of turnip. One course had three scallops the size of a dime along with a sauce. One... More
