In a town with many dining options, you can’t go wrong here. There is a great variety of items to choose from in a arm and inviting atmosphere. It is also just around the corner from the Burns Film Center- perfect for pre or post cinema. Nice place for a relaxing drink too

Food is very good with lots of vegetarian options. If you are in a hurry they will accommodate you as well. Terrific lunch special too.

Food is outstanding. Fair prices. However service is rude and think they are doing you a favor. If you dont order a drink they almost ignore you thereafter. They are not the only rodeo in town

Based on our 2 experiences dining at Miyabi, we found our waiter and waitress to be RUDE. ex: they slam plates on the table, interrupt you in the middle of a conversation - they don't know the word "Thank you" or "excuse me". The lady cashier & manager were no better! which is probably the reason why the staff look so MISERABLE and appear they don't want to be there. The restaurant wasn't crowded, yet our waiter was pushy, tried to rush us out the door. Wish we could say something positive but the food was overpriced & overcooked. NO WAY we'll ever return to Miyabi because there are other better asian restaurants in the Mt Pleasant NY area who offer better food and have friendly and polite staff -- yes, they actually smile & say "thank you" because they appreciate their customers. Recommend the Miyabi manager visit their competition and observe how having a competent, friendlier, and professional staff will bring them repeat business and better gratuities.

Excellent Asian food, Japanese and Chines. From our Shrimp to chicken dishes all were excellent. Service is very good but do not expect a smiling waiter/waitress.

The sushi is fresh and the Asian dishes varied and good. I like their soup, chicken dishes and everything. A tiny bit expensive but I think worth it. Staff could be a little friendlier but this is probably one of the better Asian places in the area.

We went to Miyabi for a “date night” and found the sushi to be outstanding. The service was above average and the ambiance was perfect for either a date or even a business dinner. We are glad we tried this restaurant and will absolutely return. We have since tried the sushi from here as takeout and would highly recommend that as well.

Love to dine at Miyabi before seeing films at Jacob Burns Film Center. Always fresh sushi and creative presentation. good for the non-sushi eater with a variety of Asian dishes

There are options for privacy, booths and such and theres a feeling of space so you're not sitting on top of the patrons at the next table. Food is good, not gourmet but nicely presented and "right sized." Service is iffy, sometimes slow but not to the extreme. It does get crowded and has a nice looking bar although I've never sat there...

We regularly have dinner at Miyabi, often with our grandchildren. The food is excellent and the wait staff are friendly and efficient. The Sashimi is a favorite of mine, the children love the Teriyaki.

MIYABI, like several of the Japanese restaurants nearby Serve an excellent lunch special.
There are many options including bento boxes. usually have the shrimp tempura, some miso soup, California roll, and sashimi.
A pleasant place with good service and very reasonable prices for their lunch special

The food was great..The service was not. Had to request a 2nd drink 3 times. Then after the 3rd request still took forever.

We went for a quick dinner before a Jacob Burns performance. The server was close to nasty but they did prepare a dish with different ingredients than listed. The other dish, with sesame noodles, had soggy green noodles. Just an oily sesame sauce. They brought white rice and never asked if we had another preference. I'd go back because it's so convenient.
