We were in town this July 4th and have plans to go for dinner somewhere else. Every restaurant we planned to go was closed. On our way back to the hotel we found a light on at Mickey's. We were hungry and decided to give...it a try. What a great surprise to find a welcoming staff and great food. We decided to come back every night. Between the four of us we tried almost half of their menu, everything was wonderful! From the tips tenderloin and the stuffed haddock to the pasta dishes and hamburgers, oh myMore

Chicken fingers were delicious as are the thinly sliced onion rings. Price good. Clean and nice service. Return soon.

It's a neighborhood place, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. The food is good Italian staples. I especially like the lingquini with white clam sauce and lasagna to die for. Great dessert menu as well. Good prices. Easy parking.

The cocktails, appetizers, and entrees were excellent. I visit every couple of months and have always been very happy with this place. The staff is warm and really care. The atmosphere is cool and classic!

Mickey's is under new ownership but the great staff remains the same. Go for dinner or apps and bar food. I recommend the thin crust pizza or the Montreal steak dinner, however they also offer great specials.

First the good. Great service and great waitresses. Maybe this food is successful to many people who frequent this place, but it is not fine dining. We had about 7 different dishes, and they were all bland. If you like salt and pepper then you...will love the food here. If i;m not eating fast food, i want a little complexity.. The dishes had little taste and nothing made me every want to return for more. In addition to that , the presentation of a few dishes were lacking. I had a veal dish. Normally, a restaurant will give you a slice of meat, with a light mushroom sauce with pasta on the side. With this dish, you get a bowl of pasta with pieces of meat mixed in with the sauce and mushrooms. I just got bored half way through the dish.. a thick brown sauce which was OK but lacking in flavor.. Maybe herbs and spices ? maybe more of them ? such a nice restaurant should take more pride in their recipes. All in all a pleasant place and your tummy will be happy. maybe not your mouth. if you want a tastily meal.. look elsewhereMore

I arrived early on a Saturday and I have been here before. There was a fairly empty resaturant with very few tables taken. They placed me at a small table which is OK because I was alone BUT they insisted sitting at a certain seat...so I didn't block another booth. The seat was situated in front of the kitchen SO I was constantly bothered by every waitress under the sun hitting me from behind. I ordered a salad to start off with the house Italian dressing. When your salad comes NOT even cool, you known you're NOT in for a good experience. I had barely gotten through a third of my salad when the entree came. It's like they COULDN'T wait to get me out of there. The veal parmigiana was on the soggy side with the cultlet tasting kinda bland. I have NO idea what sort of sauce was on the pasta but it really didn't go with the meal. I would've preferred the marinara that came with the veal because at least that tasted legitimate. I ONLY finished half of my meal because I lost my appetite quickly SO I asked for everything to be boxed up. Then they just took my salad and threw it away. I really asked what the waitress wa doing when I said I wanted everything and she looked at me like ai was ridiculous then said she didn't understand what I said. Trust me the rating would have been ONE had she NOT adjusted the bill after what I was put through. I had come here another time and the seafood pasta was pretty LAME. I've NEVER had a Frutti di Mare that came in a clam sauce which wasn't that good anyway. DON'T come as a single diner because you WON'T be treated properly. I WON'T be back.More

In the North Country, if you have been operating for 20-30 years, there's a reason--- it's because you offer a quality product at a reasonable price. And that describes Mickey's. The food is excellent, the service is superb, and if you just want to have...a cocktail at the bar, there are plenty of seats. I have eaten here a number of times, and I don't think I ever ordered off the menu, because their daily specials are so good. They have plenty of free parking, and the establishment is neat as a pin. The final word is--this where the locals eat. Enough said!!More

We went with another couple and had an amazing time. Our waitress was so professional and friendly, she made the night. My husband like to tease the waitresses and she was a great sport. They had a special that night that was out of this...world with taste. We sat in a nice quite booth with the decor very Italian. Highly recommend this restaurant to all.More
