The service is always attentive!! Atmosphere along the Erie Canal is so relaxing. Linger after dinner by the fire pits and sit along the Canal and watch the boats go by and the stars come out. Excellent food-Richardson's Canal House never disappoints!

Way too little food for way too high price. Waitress did not explain that the appetizer tomato mozzarella was literally three cherry tomatoes and three mini mozzarella balls. A couple of us ordered this as entree. Disappointing service, had to find refill drinks and water....More

Food is always exceptional and the site is an important piece of Upstate New York history being a part of the Erie Canal. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is very friendly.

Sorry. I did not order that item. I believe we had steak. It was New Years Eve. A salad was part of the order.
