Driving along the highway last Sunday morning heading to the spa we spotted Phoenicia Diner we decided to stop for coffee. Best idea ever because we got to taste the best "TORTILLA SOUP"(free range chicken, avocado, and tortilla). Simply delicious!

Whenever we road by this place before stopping, it was crowded. We thought it was because of the location. When we finally stopped we realized it was because of the delicious food! Leave room for the oatmeal, pecan cookies...so good!

They're very accommodating and whilst it may say one thing on the menu, the chefs were more than happy to modify the dish to my liking. I'm not a mushroom fan either!!
