Rode by yesterday, no apparent social distancing at this place. Motorcyclists and bikers outside, not a mask in site, I WOULD NEVER STOP AT A PLACE WITH THAT CROWD OUTSIDE TRIPPING OVER EACH OTHER

We eat here all the time and they are advertising to go and pick up during Pandemic. Do not come here now! No masks, rude service and wrong order. People are waiting too close to each other. Do not order from here now. They are...not running their business properly for Covid 19. They should not be taking orders at counter. Food was decent but wrong order and did not want to complain since too many people at counterMore

NO HIGH CHAIRS; NO BOOSTER SEATS. We stopped there with our 18 month old and I walked in carrying her. We stood at counter and were ignored and uncertain if there was a greeter and table service or if we buy at counter and seat...ourselves. When one of the counter staff made eye contact I asked for a high chair and she said they were sorry but they don’t have high chairs. REALLY? I can’t believe it as it looked like a nice family place. With a toddler we had no choice but to leave and go elsewhere.More

August 2019, LOVE this place. I have been driving by here for years, and always wanted to stop in, and I finally did and happy I did so. Love the fact that you can sit outside, under the umbrella tables - on both side of...the restaurant. (Lots of seating outside). There are two restaurants built into one. There is an open Grill to the left called “TFS” The Filling Station with Burger, Chicken, Fries (Potato and Sweet Potato), Ice Cream, and the Restaurant and the right “The 9W Market” has more Fish items., and other items. You can get Beer, and Wine if you like as well. Seating is limited inside, outside is really where you want to be. I ordered the Classic Lobster Roll $21.95 mixed with a Yogurt and Mayo on a Sea Salt Toasted Potato Bun, this was worth every penny. The Lobster was fresh, and they were not cheap with the portions, Yum! Yum! Then I order the Fries (Sweet and Reg Potato) both were golden brown and crispy, Delicious! I love the menu, there is something for everyone. You can even order online if you like for “TFS” great idea. This is a great stop for bike riders traveling along Route 9W, or anyone needing a break. We will definitely stop here again when we are near 9W. Also, the staff are amazing, so tip them well.More

I pass by this place twice a week. today I finally decided to stop in a check it out. I walk up to the counter and am looking over the menu. the gentleman (Vinny) welcomes me and I tell him.ive never been there before. He...then proceeds to explain the menu and everything about the place. I place my order and am given a pager. Matthew is cooking my meal and as soon as it's done hands it to me with a smile. I go next door to eat inside. (there is outdoor or indoor seating). The burger was delicious! After I eat I go back and tell them how much I enjoyed it. They thanked me and smiled the whole time. this is now one of my favorite spots. great food. friendly staff that make you feel welcome. If you are in the area you MUST check out out!More

This place is always hopping so be prepared to wait a bit. And while the outdoor seating is not always ideal, the food is absolutely incredible. The burgers are rich and juicy, the fries are always made fresh. The pizza is decent and the inside...meals, like fondue, are usually pretty tasty too. The pricing is a bit ridiculous but the food is usually good enough to overlook the price tag. The fries could be a bit saltier and cooked a bit longer but besides that, great atmosphere, nice people (usually), and a fun stop before or after an adventure.More

I had the Texaco burger, older daughter had the TFS and the younger had a hotdog with bacon. Also large fries and the aptly named, "killer chocolate" milkshake. Burgers were a slice of ground beef heaven. Absolutely delicious and juicy. Cooked medium with hot pink...middle with some juiciness oozing out. Just the way I prefer it, though I suppose they'll cook it anyway you right. But they must use outstanding beef because the meat tasted so good. The milkshake in a class by itself. Starts with and ends with the ice cream. And supposedly they use artisan ice cream (whatever that is), I just know the ice cream must be damn good, cuz the milkshake was outstanding. Got another for the road. Can't tell mom, though. If you're within 25 miles and in need of a great burger, you wouldn't go wrong coming here... Well, ok, 25 miles might be a ways to go just for a burger, but...on bright, beautiful day and you're driving up 9W, stomach says feed me, just saying...More

Stopped here on our way back from New Jersey. We’ve passed this place hundreds of times and finally decided on this beautiful summer day to give it a try. We were very disappointed. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes totally ignored. There was...no one at the counter to take our order. The young man cooking never made eye contact with us and never asked if we need anything. Decided to get back in the car and drive home. As you can see from my many reviews I rarely give poor ratings. I am disappointed we did not receive good, attentive service, don’t think we’ll try again. Hopefully your experience will be better than ours.More
