Stopped for lunch on beautiful fall Sunday. It was busy but we were seated right away. Our server was attentive and the food was outstanding. The potato soup and salad were very tasty but the best dish was the BACON WRAPPED MEDJOOL DATES W/ MANCHEGO CHEESE AND ALMONDS w/Balsamic Maple Glaze & Togarashi Pineapple “Fries”. Outstanding!

A beautiful winery and restaurant! We sat on the deck overlooking grape vines out to Cayuga Lake. The wine was delicious ( Snow Owl) and the food exceptional.. a great place to kick back and enjoy the moment !

We stopped here on our water to wine boat tour. They had excellent food and a gorgeous view of Lake Cayuga. I had the scallops. It was a small portion but quite tasty. Overall, I would recommend.

Being a local, living on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, there are endless opportunities for wine tastings and purchase. The challenge in this area is to find a lovely bottle of wine we would serve friends at home. And not always the "Fancy" meal , but friends getting together, again. The Thirsty Owl Dry Riesling continues to hold the most... More

Our late lunch was outstanding. We ate out on the porch, served by the Sous Chef. I had lobster and my hubby enjoyed the rack of lamb. The best part of the lunch was the dessert, local Bing cherry ice cream on top of a warmed deep chocolate frosted brownie pie made by the wife of the owner of the... More

We stopped in for a quick lunch at their Bistro. We sat outside on the patio. What an amazing view. We ordered panini sandwiches with a glass of Reisling. Both sandwiches were nicely toasted. I had a ham and cheddar panini with a compot of apple and pears which was excellent. My friend had a turkey bacon panini which was... More

GREAT Food! Potato soup is to die for! For appetizers waitress recommended "Finiks Wrapped in Bacon with fried Pineapple". Not something we expected to see on the menu, but turned out to be very good! Also, on specials were BLT - best one I ever had! Desert was good too. All this came with GREAT Service and Gorgeous View !!!... More

Our group of 9 adults and 4 kids under 6 descended on this gorgeous little bistro for lunch at the Thirsty Owl Winery. The place was packed! Every table on the expansive deck, which overlooks Lake Cayugo, was taken. So, we chose to eat indoors, which was great. Outstanding menu and wine list choices. Fantastic food - everything was prepared... More

We went a week ago after having heard they had a new chef and the food was wonderful. The food was good but not excellent, the views and location are stellar for a relaxing meal. However, we waited almost an hour to get our meals. When we finally asked what the delay was, as everyone around us had their meals,... More
