Excellent cafe, great food and service. Just what you need after a browse through the antique store, would definitely come back.

Really can’t fault any part of our visit, staff were so friendly and helpful ,plenty of choices on the menu and nice that you can have option to have some meals as a starter or main , a very enjoyable visit
i review the actual antique centre in my other post (5 star also !) , so straight to cafe circa ! have dined here once before but only for soup and a pot of tea , so decided to have a full meal as it...had been a good lunch ! we had starters , drinks , mains and shared a pudding with tea/coffee . venue is very well presented and we were quickly shown our table by one of the friendly staff ( we had booked earlier and would recommend doing so) . good choice of food on the menu with veggie and vegan options also. the quality and presentation of the food was restaurant quality in my opinion , well worth the (reasonable) prices ! overall a good and tasty visit and would dine here again when browsing the store , or even if just passing tbh !More
Visited with elderly parents , one in wheelchair. We were put at a huge table that wasn't wiped. Eventually a waitress came with a cloth and gave it a half wipe after my dad had started trying to do it himself. The table was far...too big for our group of 4 so seating was awkward. We all had soup & crusty bread. The soup didnt seem homemade - smooth blended with a sweet flavour, more like a tinned heinz soup. Bread was thin sliced seeded which was ok but not the chunk of crusty bread expected. We've visited Abernyte antiques shop many times and always love it. This was the first time we thought we'd make more of an occasion of it and have a lunch too. Unfortunately it will also be the last.More
After cruising around the Antique Centre at Abernyte, tea and cake is a welcome pick-me-up. The standard is high - friendly service and really good cake and scones. Highly recommended!
Driving from Glasgow to Aberdeen so wanted somewhere to stop for brunch and a wee bit of shopping. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!
Food was fantastic. Filling and amazing taste. Staff were more than polite and incredibly friendly. Could have sat there all day. Coffee was the only thing that let it down but wouldn’t stop me coming back. The shop itself is up there as one of...the best.More
Extensive menu, helpful and caring service, Food good although fish pie too much potato and too littlrpe fish
We were a party of four having lunch at Cafe Circa. We had soft drinks, three courses and coffee. Everyone was happy with all of their dishes which included soup, Portobello mushrooms, fish cakes, lamb, chicken and a vegetarian tart. Those of us who had...the sticky toffee pudding thought it exceptional. We had a relaxed, enjoyable lunch, which was reasonably priced and would happily return.More

My partner and I dropped in for lunch this afternoon. Usual friendly staff and great service. Food is very well presented and delicious. The date and ginger pudding was amazing, fantastic flavours. Thanks again for top class food and service Robert &Liz Forteviot
Lovely food beautifully presented. Service was warm and friendly with food swiftly served. The atmosphere was relaxed with no pressure to finish our meal. The venue is housed within the Scottish Antiques and Arts Centre which provided an interesting accompaniment to our visit.
Very cosy, good coffee and extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was fully booked (so if you want to eat a meal bear in mind it can be busy) but they squeezed us in and didn't rush us at all.
Ridiculous that this review needs to be at least 100 characters. The coffee wasn’t at its best today but great service solving that with a fresh brew
We stopped off here for lunch and were extremely happy that we did. Great food and very nice restaurant. The staff couldn’t have been nicer.
