ASSYRTICO since season 2020 has changed into a self service /take away snack and coffee bar! You can enjoy Greek pies and pastries starting early in the morning, quality coffee by Illy, excellent ice cream and all kinds of snacks; Greek yogurt, fruit salads, smoothies and fresh juices, salads, muffins and donuts. An excellent place

We called in for a late lunch at this snack and coffee bar in an excellent position in Fira. There was a good choice of local snacks on the menu and our meals were served by very friendly, helpful staff. Where we actually sat and had our meal was cool and airy (it was extremely hot in the sun outside) and very comfortable. An excellent place for a relaxed lunch away from the hurly-burly of the Fira crowds.

Hidden gem with shade, WiFi and laid back atmosphere

We found this place by chance as we were trying to take a break from the crowds and heat during a day trip to Santorini. We were pleasantly surprised by the laid back atmosphere. They have a shady and airy garden, lots of cold drinks and some baked goods and sandwiches that are good enough. WiFi and restrooms are free with a purchase. We regretted not finding this place earlier. We had sat down for lunch at a restaurant that didn’t cater to people with dietary restrictions so we were looking for snacks. If we could re-do our trip, we would have come here for a light lunch, a cold coffee and some shade before venturing out into the crowds again.

Best Mojito

What an amazing find. Yes they have great coffee and snacks, however they have the BEST mojitos anywhere. Had the berry mojito ( a few times 😄) and it is delicious. Made with mulled berries snd mint. Funny enough, also the least expensive drinks on the island. Did you know you can get drinks to go?

Worse place in Fira

Very dirty place, lots of fly, dirty table with not fresh food, serving is not good, waiting for coffee about 10 minutes, not helpful people. Check the food because my Greek salad was really horrible, looking really old on top I ask for another one. They give me new but was dry no oil olives how in different places, not recommended. Coffee not nice. Prices similar for better restaurants.

Perfect place, plenty of variety of beers!!!

As a beer lover, i was looking for a place in Santorini with a variety of craft beers!! Secret beer garden in fira, a very beautiful place in the centre of Santorini!! We have tasted plenty of local and Greek beers and we enjoyed them. Yiota (red haired bartender) was very kind and very knowledgeable, was an extra reason to enjoy more that place !! Highly recommended if you are a beer fanatic !!

You can choose to have food at a very expensive restaurant or you can choose this self service eatery with a lovely out door setting to sit in.Lots of choices of snacks and drinks.Very friendly staff.Not rushed.

This is the most unwelcoming place I have been in my life and in my travels, clearly with people who do not know how to treat customers, and they do not care as they have many customers coming and going and no one probably reads the reviews.

Assyrtico craft beer bar

Assyrtico have just opened a beautiful craft beer bar with over 50 craft beers from islands across the Cyclades. We had a great couple of evenings here and it is well worth a visit if you like craft beers.

Santorini Beer Garden

Amazing secluded beer garden. The bartender knew their stuff and in addition to providing the standard pretzels mixed dish, provided fresh cucumber slices.

Best Oat latte

An extremely rude service. I asked for a cup of hot water to add to my coffee as it was too strong and the waitress refused. AWFUL, don’t spend your money there !

If you want to make a comment on our service at least write the full story! You asked for a whole cup of hot water which was extra to your coffee. As it is normal anything extra should be charged. We asked you to pay 1 euro (wow! extreme!)- we did not refuse a little bit of water, but you wanted a whole cup. Instead of realizing that you yelled and called my barista stupid! A grown up woman calling names on a 20year old girl which was only doing her job and following orders! Not that I have to explain anything but you should know that all businesses come with huge material and supply costs. When we serve around 1000 people a day we need to make sure we are not bleeding money as people don't realize that we pay for EVERYTHING! you 4 packs of sugar in the coffee, the spoon, the napkins, etc. So, every product we sell includes certain things in the price. One coffee does NOT include another cup with water. As simple as that.
