We went here for dinner last week, having been drawn to it by how high-up the restaurant is and knowing it must have an amazing view, which it did. However, we were extremely let down as we were given fish as a part of our...sharing appetiser. We stated many times that we do not eat meat or fish, and I asked multiple times if anything in the appetiser contained either, to which the waiter insisted that it did not. One of the dips however, we discovered after trying, was taramasalata (fish roe salad) which has fish eggs. Absolutely disgusting for this to happen to us after stating multiple times and even asking again once it came and we thought it smelt like fish! Super unhappy. We really liked the view and the drinks but did not go back on the principle of this happening.More

I went there because of the view which is nice. The grumpy service however is a disaster. I was treated almost rude. The food is nothing special.

We happened across Zafora on our first walk down into Fira from Imerovigli, where we were staying, and decided to stop here for Brunch. It is situated beside the cable car down to the port. The views from here are exceptional across the caldera, and...considering the spot, the prices were very good. Although rather busy, the service was very timely and the waiters were lovely and friendly…we ate some cold appetisers and the house special tomato fritters, fabulous the food was too. We sat and watched the world go by, unhurried by the staff whilst enjoying some very cold Mythos, most refreshing. We enjoyed the ambience here so much that we decided to also have our last evening meal here before returning home. The standard of food was once again very nice however; wine by the bottle was a little pricey. The views took on a completely different atmosphere at night, which made our last night very special. The only downside was that the village was swamped with people from the cruise ships, which did change the mod a little, but not to the degree that it spoilt it, just made it not quite so serene.More

Offers the most fantastic views in Fira! Me and my girlfriend ate out here twice during our stay and it was fantastic both times

This place relies on passing trade as it is in a fantastic location with great views. However the owner obviously takes this for granted as he is rude and dismissive. We went in for pre-dinner drinks and decided to eat elsewhere when we saw the...way he treated customers. It took me several attempts to get the bill and in the end it was a much friendlier waiter who brought it. I will make a point of avoiding this one and going down to the taverna on the waterfront.More

Wonderful panoramic views of Santorini buildings. Seating was spectacular and the service was quick and efficient. Take the cable car.

This place has a nice view and that's why we went there. We ordered Greek fish priced at €12.5 according to the menu. When we wanted to pay we noticed they are charging us €19 for the fish. When we asked them what this difference...is they said we didn't have Greek fish so we brought grilled fish with much higher price. I told them if you didn't have it you should have told us. They just wanted to get the money without even listening to what we were saying and even saying the word 'SORRY'. They even don't bring a bill for you with the details. You should ask for the pricing details. Not recommended at all.More
