My hubby and I went to Fanari to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and I'm so glad we chose this place because the view of the sunset was so beautiful. The food was really good too - I had the lamb souvlaki, which was probably some of the best lamb I've ever had. It seemed like it took a while... More

We went to the restaurant for lunch a couple times while on vacation and the staff was always very attentive and nice to us. We are all pizza lovers and I can definitely recommend their pizza margarita. It could've used a little more cheese, but it was still very tasty and good for the money. Another dish I'd recommend was... More

The food was delicious we ordered the grill octopus and pasta marinara with seafood and it was all fresh. The view of volcano and sunset was magnificent. The price is average for Santorini.

Wе аtе dіnnеr hеrе оn оur first night in Santorini аnd did nоt regret it. Thе fооd wаѕ vеrу nісе аnd thе wine сооl аnd сrіѕр аnd thе restaurant аlѕо had frее wi-fi. The ѕеrvісе was аttеntіvе аnd vеrу frіеndlу. We had thе most mаgnіfісеnt vіеw оf the caldera ѕunѕеt, I dоubt thеrе was a bеttеr рlасе оn thе island...

Location was great, with many levels offering views of sunset across the caldera. But the food was of mixed quality, and the servers did not seem interested in being available or being quick. The veal steak was way overcooked and too tough to eat. The chicken with red pepper and feta was mediocre, not as good as something I could... More

We went there to enjoy a nice traditional greek dinner, but unfortunately wasn't the right place. First of all the staff wasn't attentive at all.. We had to remind them more than 2 times for our drinks. Food was ok, nothing special though and quite overpriced. As for the bill, we had to wait more than 20 mins to get it,and... More

If you want to eat by the smell of donkey poop, this is the place to go! The food was below average and the service was bad. We had to chase the waiter so he could see us. Fingerprints were all over the glass in front of us which really made it difficult for us to enjoy the view.

Nice place in the heart of Fira , good menu Eggplant was average, asked for balsamic and I got what I can call commercial quality not edged one. Spaghetti was light and good flavor " plate was given back cleaned 😁". Sea bream was super fresh like still life on the plate very moist 👍🏻. Not very busy place ,... More

We had the fava which was way over salted, shrimps that were over cooked and not fresh. Out of all the great places we ate at during our two week trip this was the only one that totally disappointed with food. It has a beautiful view but so do many places in that area.

When someone chooses to come to Fira, seeing a spectacular sunset while enjoying a delectable meal should be on their must-do list. The Fanari Restaurant offers unsurpassed views, great food, and friendly service. We started off with a Caipirinha with strawberry and a Pina Coloda and ordered the stuffed calamari and the mixed grill which was insanely delicious. There is... More
