Greek authentic food away from the caldera. Friendly waiters in a typical geeek setting. Although it misses the view on the sea, it makes that up with good quality tasty food for acceptable prices. We came around 20:00 and were the first guests so we...were a bit weary. But then we became positively surprised by the food! Try the spicy meatballs as a starter!
My recommendation is to stay away from the touristy caldera restaurants for food and try these kind of places. You won’t be disappointed.More
If you want amazing greek food and atmosphere, look no further. Ouzeri have friendly staff, skilled chefs and bartenders. Situated in central Fira with nice open air terraces you will not be disappointed.
I've been to this restaurant at least a dozen times over the last few years, and the food and service has been faultless every single time - on our latest trip, we ate here 3 times out of our 6 night stay!
Between us over...the years we must have eaten almost everything on the menu at one time or another.
I cannot recommend the tomato keftedes enough, possibly the best on the island.
The staff are all so friendly too.More
Went there, just walking by... didnt wanna go to the restaurant "suggested" by the guide. Even if in the "mall", this restaurant is very good: nice price, nice dishes, friendly staff, bathroom clean and clear. I appreciated the smiling staff (though masked), the wine, not...too much waiting. The fresh fish, the moussaka, were very tasty, as well as the tomato balls (no meat). Really appreciated this place in Fira. Very good value!More
We’ve been in Fira for one week and it was a shame we discovered this place only the last night. It’s a Greek Tavern with fresh food. Staff is very friendly. I had caramelised polpo with organic Santorini fava and my partner had the caramelised...pork, both were delicious. Well priced and last but not least they make a proper Aperol Spritz!More
We’ve spent a week in Greece and so far this was the best Greek food we had. The staff were super friendly and the food was great. It’s what you’d think of as a traditional style Greek taverna. The dishes with white eggplant were our...favourites.More
