1 main dish (shrimp saganaki), 1 fried zucchini, 0.9l of white house wine, bread, 1 baklava and water was 62€. At the end of the day this restaurant went in a basket with bad/poor choices in my life.

Excellent food, all fresh. You can pick your own lobster, crab leg or fish. Amazing view during sunset. Love it. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Very authentic, away from the craziness of Oia. Small yet enough for cosy atmosphaire for couples. Very tasty local dishes included amazing fish & seafood. As for the location it couldn't be any better, right nest to the water of Ammoudi Bay. Highly recommended for...dinner, ok for lunch but not ideal on a hot day.Grilled octapus, tomoato-burgers and the lobster pasta were my favorite!More

Perfect position to watch the sunset and at the end of the restaurant row so you don’t get pedestrians passing through. Choose your fish and lobster fresh from the fridge and by weight. Fresh traditional desserts were amazing too. Would go back.

During our stay in santorini we visited Dimitris to enjoy nice fish and atmosphere. It’s worth spending time for reservation to sit directly on the water and enjoy the sundowner with great food and wine.

Beautiful views and some of the best fish we have ever had! We finished our hike from Fira to Oia and were welcomed by the lovely host and staff to our waterside table. They were such great staff who made us feel really at home,...the food was incredible from the starters to our main course (fish which we picked ourselves from the kitchen!) a perfect way to round off our trip to Santorini! Thank you so much :)More

If you are looking for a genuine greek seafood restaurant this is the one. The setting in Ammoudi harbour is beautiful , right on the dock with the water beside you. Make sure to make a reservation because this place is very popular. Thank you...once again for a great evening Joy. We will be back soon again.More

We were warned by the owner of our accommodation that there might be no table left at Dimitrs but decided to give it a go anyway. We were very happy the did have a table for our family. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunset and...our diner. We had some starters (taramosalata/tzatziki/olives) that were nice. The seabass we enjoyed as a main was really lovely. We don't recognize the comments about the waiters. They were happy to advice us which fish would suit our needs and went out of their ways to help create a meal for our picky daughter. We had a great time. Yes, it is (too) expensive, like everywhere on Santorini. But it's way better here (price/quality/crowds) than up the stairs in crazy-over-touristed Oia.More

Like the above response, we were there the last part of September and they were open every day but as the major tourist season ends some cut back on their days open or close until the next major season starts .

No dress code. You certainly don't want to be all dressed up if you're going to hike down the hundreds of stairs to the bay. (Note: We opted and paid for the shuttle ride back up)
