Place is small and nice with all the written messages from travelers. You will get local food to eat. Lobster was tasty, maybe a little bit over cooked but very fresh. It is not the best food in town but worth going to for the...More

What are you lokokin for? A jice fancy restaurant? Then look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a nice seafood risotto, please come here. Don't expect an extensive menu with everything in it. Sometimes you will hear "ca tem" meaning we don't have it. Why?...More

Very disappointing: After having read so many positive statements it seemed a must to include Picu Pau into our dinner plans. Lagosta the highly praised dish is what I ordered. It was made up of lagosta pieces taken from the deepfreeze (I actually saw this)...More

It is recommended to go to this restaurant, not only for the tipicismo of the same but also to meet Mr. Lima. It is necessary to taste the lobster or the seafood arros of oven (of author).

This was the first restaurant in S. Vicente. The owner is super nice and really likes to share stories. We eat Seafood rice and it was amazing and cheap. We recomend it for sure!

I don't think I have ever done a one dot rating on Trip Advisor, but I must do so for this one. Recommended by the hotel staff, this restaurant was the worst meal I have had in years. We walked past several great-looking cafes and...More

Was recomended to go here by the Hotel - BIG MISTAKE! We had grilled lobster and white wine. Was totally dry and choped up in peaces that was more or less impossible to eat. Also way to expensive, one word "RIP-OFF" describes this place. That...More

We had a fun night. Rustic surroundings with tasty simple fare served on platters to share. Good house wine and friendly service. It was mid week and they were keen for us to leave and close up by 10pm.... so don't go to late.

Service was rubbish, a smile would have cost extra and the feeling was that it would have been preferred that we were not there at all. This place is tiny, dingy and trades on a long history of former glory. Yes the famed lobster was...More
