we love the fact they have vegan options on the menu. the outdoor seating is rustic and lovely, esp in the night, with the fairy lights are switched on.

We got there late and still had excellent service and even better dinner. The cod dinner was great. Desert was decadently delicious

Service was extremely slow - seems like the problem was in the kitchen. We have been to the TeaRoom several times but did not have a good experience this visit. The Food was hastily prepared and not worth the price.

Too expensive for what they have and don't have. Wine list was just average but i was pleased to see pinot noir. They were out. The wine served by the glass was inferior so we actually had to order a 1/2 carafe of merlot which was not our desire It was extremely hot with no windows open or AC. I... More

I haven't been to the Tearoom in a while and was disappointed to find the outside of the building in need of a good paint job, plants growing in the roof gutters, upkeep of the deck lacking, etc. . Since it was a nice day, I chose to eat outside. It would helpful if tables were cleaned quickly after a... More

What a lovely quaint restaurant. There is some seating inside, with the majority available on the outside deck. This restaurant is located inside a nearly 200 yr old building. The history of the location fits well with the back to the farm selections on the menu. They locally source vegetables and meat. The honey cake is one of their specialties... More

I enjoyed my meal thoroughly as did the rest of my group. We had the pot pie the BLT special, the gravalax sandwich and goat cheese sandwich and bean soup combo. Everything was delightful, actually really tasty. But the cost for each was about $5 more than it should have been.

I love going there for lunch; delicious soups and sandwiches with a pot of hot tea. Dinner is also wonderful, especially the fish pie on certain days. Service is excellent. Atmosphere homey and friendly. Yummy desserts. We've been going to the Tearoom for years; quality remains high.

A dinner meeting with friend; selected the braise beef special paired with a local red wine and a vegetarian pasta entree. Both were excellent. For desert (they are a bakery, too) we had eclairs which were beyond decadent. It's a bit of close quarters inside, but if you've ever dined in Manhattan you'll understand. There is also outdoor seating.

We have had lunch here several times and will go back. If you're a Vegan or gluten-free person you will be in heaven. We are neither but enjoy their unusual menu. Soup of the the day (interesting cream of celery today) with half sandwich (I had gravlax with cream cheese and cucumber on great crusty bread) is a great $13... More
