Love the westchester burger company. The burgers are so good and their fries are also very good. The restaurant also has a great atmosphere. Love this place!!

Probably the best cheeseburger in all of WESTCHESTER County. Yes, with crisp bacon. Service was excellent....I must admit we were the only customers in the house at the time.....3:00 in the afternoon. With all the medical services in the immediate area, WBC is a logical...Choice for lunch.. try it you will enjoy.More

These places have been popping up for 10 years now. There are at least 5 different BURGER places within 14 minutes of my location. Most have god burgers and they better have because...there are 5 near me ..LOL The problem is that if I'm going...to spend $15,00 for a burger it better be alot better than 5 Guys, Smash Burger or Pow Burger, and they are not! Don't get me wrong, its certainly a fancier place with better decor... and yes - larger burgers but taste is really important. Around here you also have Yorktown grill, The Muscoot, The Blazer and Exit 4 That all have EXCELLENT burgers too. If someone asks me to go I say sure but I can't say It would ever be my first choice. You wont be disappointed but I doubt you'll be impressed either. I would feel better if I could give them 3 1/2 stars because they do a decent job as it goes.More

Why does a restaurant think that it’s okay to provide poor service to me because they have a large party in the restaurant? Shouldn’t it have staff sufficient to provide service to all customers? My wife and I went to Westchester Burger Co. in Mount...Kisco for dinner tonight. It was half empty when we arrived, with a large party in a private back room. Even half empty, the restaurant was noisy, with a child banging on his or her plates and neither his parents or the staff thinking it necessary to ask the child to stop. We gave our order for both drinks and food, got our drinks and then waited, waited and waited for our meal. I found our waitress, who then told me that our meal was delayed because of the large party. We were not told that when we entered the restaurant (we have been told that at other restaurants so at least we had the option to go elsewhere) or when we ordered our meal. When the meal finally arrived, my order was wrong. I asked a passing waitress to ask our waitress to come to our table. Our waitress did finally come to the table after I repeated my request to another waitress and told me I was served what I had ordered, which was not accurate. There are lots of other restaurants for burgers so no need to return to WBC.More

The Ruben eggrolls are probably the best thing on the menu. The burgers are generally good. Nice happy hour specials. I ordered a slider cooked medium which was perfect. On the downside, The burger with my salad was supposed to be medium but was closer...to well-done. My draft beer came a bit foamy. I don’t like that much head on my beerMore

The burger was good but there were several beers that they did not have because of a lack of inventory (kegs). There was no wine menu and the waitress did not know the different brands associated with the wines. I was a shot in the...dark. I ended up drinking water and coffee which was not that good.More

We ate at WBC on a weekday afternoon. The restaurant was not super crowded, but it was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. Our waiter came to our table after a short wait, and we ordered a couple of burgers and sides....The food came out relatively quickly, and was well prepared. The burgers were cooked the way we requested and were tasty. The fries were above average, and the onion rings very good. Overall this was a good experience, and I would not hesitate to come back if I was in the area.More

We always order tuna burger & sweet potato fries & onion rings. Guacamole on the side. Pleasant service in this large restaurant. No pressure since it's rarely crowded.

By the sheer math underlying rankings one of the thousands of dining experiences has to be the bottom. A full 3-hour investment for under-cooked sub-mediocre hamburgers and fries and meager appetizers may just be it. The 35 minute mark brought seating in their messy dining...room which resembles a mid-90's rec room. The hour fifteen mark brought about 8 soggy, fried, pickle slices and a handful of probably Totisto's chips. Another full hour fifteen later brought somewhat astonishing lukewarm under-cooked dense burgers and fries seemingly straight from Costco which appeared only after a walkout threat. To reiterate, 75 minutes of prep time and the food was somehow not hot(?). To be fair, getting diners out as quickly as possible did seem to be a priority for the busing staff who asked repeatedly if the group was done with their half-eaten burgers a few minutes after they appeared (uh...no). Miserly management offered a 20% discount for the train-wreck which was about 30 points too low. A 10% tip was included by Thewestchestarian as a misguided act of mercy, the server would be better served quitting and working someplace more promising. In short, management needs to be fired and should be ashamed of itself.More
