We offer organic produce and groceries, cosmetics, vitamins and herbs, as well as a full service breakfast and lunch menu. We cater to early risers and beach goers looking for a delicious and nutritious meal or snack. Our cafe offers fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, healthy salads, Fair Trade organic coffee and teas and vegan baked goods. Good food

Delicious foods and wholesome items. I love the quesadilla and a creative idea: the pizza bagel. Nice place to stop by and buy some healthy delicious foods at a reasonable price. Not many tables to sit, but more like a take out place.

The food is very tasty. The oortions and prices are really absurd. It is a place we would eat at mote often if we could afford it. Soup and salad is 20 bucks! Yikes. The location is better for more in main street but the little place was homier. There are vegan options and daily specials.

Mango madness smoothie was delicious. Carrot beet juice tasted like dirty red carrots but still giving 5 stars since ginger dressing salad even premade was so delicious

We went looking specifically for this cafe to have breakfast in, as it had a high rating on trip advisor. Unfortunately we never got to sample the food. We had a look round as ideally we wanted to eat outside, read the menu on the board, stood patiently for several minutes whilst staff chatted to a customer. No one acknowledged... More

The frittata was cooked properly and good, the granola excellent and all the fruit that accompanied both was fresh and ripe. It was terribly crowded, but that did not deter the staff from being friendly. The selection of provisions was excellent, and for a resort town, the prices were acceptable. I was hoping to be wowed, but was not. That... More

Cute cafe on Montauk highway right in the heart of town. We arrived at 11:15 am and were told lunch would not be served for about another 45 mins..The aromatic coffee and fresh baked goods provided a nice start to the day . We enjoyed them and returned later in the day to load up on treats to enjoy as... More

I always love finding a friendly place with a menu that caters to vegetarians. I'm even happier when the food turns out to be tasty and the prices reasonable and that's what we have here! The service was personal and nice but SLOW.
